Nice place , definitely must to see in Kriva Palanka The place was recommended by locals, I guess if you are not local you will be sat at the corner and not at the any at the free preferred tables. BTW: the place was empty on Sunday evening at 6pm . Disrespectful and don't recommend it. The waiters are very rude, we waited 20 minutes to be served, rudely asked for 20 euro tip even though we tipped already. Everybody is very rude, the waiters stare at you and i felt very uncomfortable. We arrived 11 30pm, right on the entrance we got approached by a very rude waiter saying to us to leave the place, that they are closing.. Not even after 5 min he approached again saying what are u still waiting to leave the place. Even though noone was leaving or seemed even they are planning to close we got kicked out Horrible experience would not recommend anyone! Needs to immideatly change rude staff! Even though the place is well decoreted, and can be seen that the owner invested in it.. Unfortunately he didnt invest in most the important thing, educating the stuff on politeness, hospitability and flexibility with the clients.. They situated us on their worst table, and when we politely asked them, if we can seat on any other table, since all the tables were empty, and we are just for half an hour, they told us that here there is an order in their bar 😄 so if you want to go on a comfartable place, without the feeling that you are a punished boy/girl at school, then definetely go to another coffee bar! Awfull experience in this coffe bar , the workers will dont serve you if you dont look rich or live around Kriva palanka ..
