I had trout and my wife had a burger( without bread). Normally I focus on the main course, but in this case I was struck by how fresh the salad was. My guide was telling me that they buy the vegetables directly from the farmers. Also, the quantity was extremely generous. Finally, the trout was delicious but my wife mentioned the burger was not up to her taste. As for the price, it was very low... This offers quality food for a very reasonable price. An amazing gem hidden in the mountains, it is very close to Bulgaria so if you are somewhere close I would recommend visit just like we did. Just make sure to not order too many things as their portions are very big and you may end up carrying home more than you ate. Their salads are for 3-4 people, big platter of meat was enough for 7 of us. You can pay with bulgarian leva or euro too beside national currency. The atmosphere was great and service was very good. Scenery was lovely even though we visited during a heavy rain day. Would definitely visit again if I have the opportunity! Their service, their interior, the nature, the pond, every-single-thing was beyond amazing. The air is fresh, there is always a lot of people and chatter, the placement of the tables and sittings just make so much sense. The rainbow umbrellas are such a fine touch to everything else. And i can not describe how much i enjoyed eating here. The dishes were arguably among if not the best i have tried here. We had a pork fillet with a mustard-plums sauce, grilled chicken with truffle sauce and a patty of their own specialty - vodenicarska. My mouth was filling with saliva just looking at it. We had some wine as well, and we had a salad which was very delicious. In the end we had dessert and that fruit cake was so refreshing and mangoey/lemony i could eat 10 of them. I was speechless leaving the place in fact i did not want to leave. Everyone needs to pay this place a visit!!! No regrets here, 100/10! Amazing experience. The is great, the waiters are super nice and knowledgable - we didn’t even have to browse the menu to fill the table with delicious delicacies. The place offers 4-5 rooms next to the restaurant. It’s fresh and looks brand new. Furnished stylishly with super comfortable beds. Definitely the best place in Kriva Palanka and highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they gave us a table without reservation. The atmosphere was great with nice, not too loud music. Please when ordering,note that the portions are LARGE. Of course like in any other place in Macedonia’ the terminal’ for credit cards is not working! What a crime all over this country! I visited the place 3 times in a month, they can not take credit cards! Overall, rude, not professional and ripping of people. Good restaurant, food. But the problem is that we have to wait a lot for our food to come. They'll say they have a lot of customers, but the thing I have noticed is that even though we have to wait for our food, we saw other people, arriving AFTER us, getting their food earlier than us.
