Very good place for the clean staff nice cuppa enjoyed it What a place, spent 4 hours there today with the little one, owners are amazing and went above and beyond today for my daughter, she hadn't stopped talking about seeing Mario and luigi at the Xmas event in the kingscourt centre, and I had told the owner about it and that we would be moving and wouldn't be able to come again and as we were leaving Mario came out especially for her for a hug and a photo, to say she was delighted was an understatement 😀 chicken panini was delish and chocolate brownie, such a place could stay all day as there is no time limit like some other places. And they have a little mini toilet and sink for she felt so special, raging we won't be able to visit again, and wish them all the best for the future, thanks for the memories guys 😊 ❤️ Had a time today, my son's 8th Birthday party. Small but lovely Very clean, nice food, good for under 7s. No ball pit but it has a merry go round, swing & slides for little ones, and it’s kind of built high up so only confident or those who know the place will prob make it to the football pitch on the top level. The young children's section is very bare, a lot of the balls in the ball pit are broken and crushed. Not much to do for young under 4 The facility is a place for to spend time and enjoy themselves. However, I would strongly recommend that the owners focus on improving the maintenance of the space. There is a noticeable amount of dust, which can affect air quality, and it’s concerning that children are exposed to this while playing. Regular cleaning and air quality improvements would make the environment much safer and healthier for everyone. Nice and tidy place, they even have free nappies in the toilet. The playground is bright and safe. Totally enjoyed there with my toddler. I come here often for the rainy days to run out my 3 and 1 year old sons energy out. They love it and it's 5 mins away from my house. It can be quite busy at the weekends especially with parties being on. Morning times are best and nice and quiet. They provide hot food, sandwiches, treats, and hot drinks. Pleasant and friendly staff Lovely centre, brightly lit and well-maintained. Toilets can become dirty especially during peak hours/days. Baby changing facilities are available. Plenty of space for parents/guardians to sit, but can be packed during weekends. Drinks and snacks bar is decent. Staff are lovely and helpful. My child was once invited to a in one of the rooms upstairs and found the room to be stuffy, and a bad smell lingered. There was overall poor ventilation in the room. My child kept on requesting to be let out of the room a few times, to “breathe.” Other than that, we come here regularly as it is a good centre. Funcionários disposto Won't be returning. After multiple visits with issues at each turn we have come to the conclusion to not return again. running up the against the slides, no respect of designated area with older running amok in the area dedicated to under 3 year olds. To top it all off, adults entering and running up the whole area. Felt so uncomfortable and confronted a staff member about it as there is signage staying no adults allowed yet the staff member blatantly ignored me stating as long as the adult is not wearing shoes they're allowed. Now this is against the centre policy for obvious reasons. Where is the safeguarding where children like our 3 year old are in sections of that area where we can't see well and there's adults roaming around who are not garda vetted and we know nothing about. Adults should never be allowed on the frames. This is the case in all other centres we have visited. Will not return. Poorly managed. Had my daughter birthday few days ago. Place was nice and clean, enjoyed area, it wasn’t crowded as other bigger places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids had a good fun upstairs in a Disco room, face painting wasn’t best. Overall had a good and we left centre happy enough. But then when we came back home we realised 1 gift was missing. When I called I was told they will check and let me know, but never heard back. That was big disappointment. Unbelievable experience for the kids.
