Manager dissappeard or just did not care if they were bizy I'd understand but as I came in to the place I only seen one person ahead of me. I want a refund 😕 not happy at all with this place so called head office was told they needed my receipt to verify.. Wateing on a call back ! We were passing and looking g for dinner so we stopped here it wasn't that you can tell that none of the like there job more less evething We order was messed up or forgot it also took atleats 40 mins for a few meals wich they messed up I arrived feeling hungry and thirsty as it was a very hot day. Order didn't take long but the wait took a little while and I didn't mind as it can take time when busy. . Food piping hot and fresh. Quite tasty and nobody rushing me out so I could takse time to enjoy. The only minor thing I noticed was some tables needed clear g and a lot of on floor near where I could sit. Otherwise, a very nice experience and value for what I got. It was Sunday, a few days after the big storm. It was probably lunchtime. People might have had no power. Either way very busy. We were looked after fairly quickly, food was as supermac"s food is. Got a table after a few minutes. Parking was good. All in all a pleasant experience. food quality! But they need help wise. Looks overstaffed with juniors that require assistance. Wait times are a-bit long. Other than that all good! Stopped on the way home for a supermacs, restaurant was busy, but didn't have to wait long to be served or get our order. Food was warm and freshly cooked and milkshake was lovely cold and think too. Would recommend and use again 3rd time I'm recent months that I have been left short on the through. This time I ordered 3 chicken breast sandwich meals 2 with dressed fries and one regular fries and 2 kids meals. I got 5 drinks and 2 kids meals and but only 2 chicken breast sandwich meals so missing 1. No forks to eat the dressed fries (which had barely any sauce anyway), no napkins either. It's a real pain having to get back in car to travel back to the shop. Seriously, it's not enough went through through so I didn't have to enter the store. the lady on the through forgot the straws so I had to go bk in, bringing my 2 kids in with me. defeating the purpose. I got the 5oz burger which was thrown together. it wasn't nice and was very sloppy. I did not finish this meal. very long wait in the through. there only a couple of cars ahead of me. Absolute rubbish. Never get orders right. couldn't care less. The orde was supposed to be a 1/4 pounder with cheese. Not sauce, no salad, nothing. Just cheese. Everything was perfect. 50z burger delicious. Friendly staff. No delay cleaning tables. We really enjoyed our visit 😊 Absolutely disappointed Order was delayed for 2h food was cold Delivery girl even didn't apologize for being late I told her that costumer service is very bad she just went pff turned and left Won't recommend it at all But thanks to Supermacs manager I have spoken with her on the phone and she got soarted with me by sending new order witch was nice and hot I have been here many times and the food is always and it beats any of the other fast food in the area by a mile. But the best part has to be the staff. I was at the -thru window and had paid for and received my order when my car broke down just as I'm about to pull away. It was late at night, there was no car behind me so I wasn't holding up the line but five or six members came out and gave me a push. So the service is pretty fantastic too!
