Bonito lugar gratuito cerca de Bled. Fuimos en septiembre y no llevaba agua. We took the anti-clockwise loop, starting with a gradual ascent on mostly dirt (about 380+m elevation gain), and ending with the spectacular descent through the formation. The loop is about 7km long and was easy to moderate. You can straight for the by taking path on the left of the map board at the entrance, follow by a small loop back to the start point. The lot is after the "landowners only" sign. Great hike, definitely needs proper shoes and balance. Smaller than I thought but so worth it! There is a small car park at the start of the on the east side. You will pass some signs that say No Entry to cars that are not locals, but there is a car park for 10 or so cars just down the past the sign. The itself is an easy walk, albeit some large rocks to climb over at the beginning and then you climb up to a Garden of Eden on top! I have never seen anything like it. The splits and a garden, almost tropical rainforest type, appears in the middle and you between the walls through this lovely garden. It is quite spectacular. On the way back you through the forest along the top of the gorge. I expected everything to take longer but you could do this in 1.5 - 2 hours quite easily, but as it is free and pretty there is no reason why you should not visit! 1) Moderate to strenuous hike on rocky trail; wear closed shoes (sandals do not suffice) and take mosquito repellent with you 2) carry at least 0.5 litres of water per person 3) study before you go or use an app such as Kimoot because you can get lost easily - short or long - took us about 3 hours to complete 4) never go off because there are steep cliffs with 150 meter drops you don’t see immediately. 5) Parking. There are at least two major spots so remember the name of the spot where you parked. Do not follow pin in Google maps that guides you to the little pink/salmon coloured chapel. The two small roads do not go to the correct location. Use the following coordinates instead - there is limited off - do not drive past the do not enter with cars sign to avoid being fined. (copy and paste into Google maps for the off spot - last picture is where you want to park). 93F3+W64 Zgornje Gorje, Slovenia Szép hely. Megéri ide eljönni😊 Good for hiking and seeing a deep gorge, is confusing though, sends you through a street for "land owners only", and then over what looks like a farm road. In my opinion a must view when you are into hiking in Slovenia. You can visit a dried out and you can hike the river bed. Good hiking shoes recommend. Serval post with directions are present, although you just have to follow the river bed. There is also a beautiful cave on the way, that you haven't to pass. Be aware that you will get wet feet though. Do not use this pin as a reference to get to the gorge. From the there are 2 routes that will take you nowhere. To actially get to the pokljuka please use this coordinates 46,3789467, 14,0418430 and you will get to the car park at the beginning of the route. Except of the problem with finding the route's beginning it was a fantastic experiance. We had 3 teenagers and 2 small kids (6 and 9 years old). Smaller ones must be supervised most of the time but the treck is doable for them. Absolutely recommend! Sehr schönes Gebiet, nicht zu überlaufen – auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! An amazing through a (mostly) dry limestone gorge, through caves and cracks and peaceful nature. We caught the free bus up from Bled and instead of getting off at Zatrnik we went on a further 1km or so to where a forest went off to the right and asked the driver to drop us off there. Follow your way down the to where there is another sharp right and you can drop down onto the Slovenian Geological Trail. You can then descend all the way downhill to the car park through the and the galleries and then out to Krnica to get the bus back. This way builds the surprises as you make your way down. There wasn't anywhere to get refreshments in Krnica but there is a Mercator supermarket and a bar by the bus stop in Dolgo Brdo a further 800m down the road. In total the was 8km from getting off the bus to the supermarket. We did the long trail, it took us about 2,5 hours. Very pretty, but it was a difficult trail. You don't need a ticket to visit this gorge. Startpoint of the was hard to find. Did the hike storting from place at Gostilna Zatrnik-Pr.Jagru. than you have to side the and go to a path on the left side. If you follow that path you reach the first cave. Verry nice view 🤩🏞. Than we followed the wood path at the mountain wall and the stair. The is not marked verry well but i had a GPS watch with hiking tracks. No or verry low telephone reception, so navigation with the Phone in not easy. But a nice hike 7,41km, 407elevation, 2u30 duration. Maga a szurdok gyönyörű.
