Benches are painted but needs a repaint. Pretty lighthouse. Footpath is lethal unfortunately very narrow and everyone on bicycles insists in speeding on it so cant really enjoy a walk there. Illegal dumping is a problem can be seen under the bridge at the harbour and empty bottles at the from a nights drinking anti social behaviour. Harbour is lovely but some boats are like rustbuckets at this stage. Some lovely fresh fish for 10 euro can be purchased there and the community have done nice artwork on the containers. I love looking at the seagulls and taking photographs. Fishermen are great to talk to. Great for a good walk A beautiful clean beach, right next to the dart so very easy to get to. The lighthouse is beautiful and they allow dogs! Even have a small cafe with drinks and toys. 10/10 Lovely beach. Great for walking the banks, or having a quick dip to awaken the senses. We visited on a weekday in September, when it was nice and quiet. But it struck me the sand was lovely and clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the views were incredible. There's quite a high back at the rear of the beach, with the train station overlooking it. And there's a close car park as well, making it very easy to access. Small but beautiful:) so close to the railway station. You would find difficult to get parking on streets and the station parking is available only for day price. lovely for a walk. A beautiful ice-cream parlor that has fab ice-cream or teas/coffee's 😊 Plenty of bins to put your rubbish. Two big bins under the arches also no illegal dumping there ! Lovely path to walk, great views We managed to find parking within a minute walking to the beach, it was full yet we managed to find our own place to enjoy the amazing scenery, the is well kept or people do actually respect the environment. White sandy beach… great place Great to visit is OK. Rocky on one side little harbour on other side. At the top of the is nice grass part that is bit higher so you can get a nice view. has a nice walkway path with many benches. Train station is situated in a middle just meters of the walkway.
