It is a perfect place for a trip with the family as there is also a playground for the children, it is also perfect for a picnic as there are many cozy places you can sit down you can for example sit in the yard at a 1700s building and enjoy the peace and the nature. In the middle, there is a café where you can get coffee, cake, cold drinks and ice cream. A wonderful place to go on a stroll and enjoy the crisp air. Definitely not worth the entrance fee of 100 SEK. About 75% of the park is just grassland/meadow with in totaal 2 cows walking around. A big part of the botanical garden is also just sand or grassland. There is absolutely nothing going on besides some lanes to walk through and a few old Swedish buildings that are to walk by.
