We stayed one night with our van. The shower and toilets were very clean and well maintained. The owners were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed dinner and a chat with the owners in the evening. Would definitely come back :) Don’t waste your time and money! We didn’t try the food because the place was closed, even though the gate and online information indicated it was open. The only note was that a reservation was required, which we didn't see. However, when we arrived, the lady was so shockingly impolite that we wouldn't want to go there even if it were open. Instead of writing a bad review right away, I texted them on WhatsApp to share my feedback and give them a chance to apologize. Their response was unprofessional and dismissive, revealing a complete lack of hospitality and customer service. We never even got the chance to say if we wanted to eat or just have a drink. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Palmse Kõrts, just a few meters away, had decent food and friendly service. Go there instead. I cannot comprehend how people can harbor such negativity and hostility towards friendly guests who simply wanted to spend money at their place. The level of frustration and hostility we encountered was truly baffling and unacceptable. Great restaurant, we had dinner two nights in a row on our visit to Lahemaa park. Generous portions, fair prices, friendly owners and available for all kinds of tourist information. Good espresso, useful info for Italians like us. We were some bunch of Moto travelers who found this place amazing for late dinner. The host was amazing, the food delicious Wine, talking and food = perfection Lovely, cosy just up the road from Palmse Manor. You need to reserve, but a quick phone call is easy. The food is great with a couple of good beers on tap. What makes a visit very special is the warm hospitality of the owners and the wonderful service. We had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and very well kept. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant, that has a great offer of dishes from around the world. The owner was very nice and welcoming, we had a lovely chat and would definitely come back. The food was disappointing, and the made the experience even worse. The staff seemed unaware that people travel from afar to spend their money here. We can literally choose any other place or country in the world to dine, so this needs its customers much more than we need it. Improving the to make guests feel welcome is essential. I don't recommend this place; this does not reflect the experiences we have had in other restaurants where we have been treated nicely and professionally. We came to have dinner at this place and oh boy we regret it, to say the least. The owner asked if we had the reservation at the restaurant,which we didn’t and she seemed very angry that we didn’t have the reservation,yet she let us in. The place was empty btw. When we had the dinner and AFTER we paid, she told us that we were “lucky” we got in and usually it is only by the reservation. She proceeded to tell us that young people can write ,but can’t read as it says on her website that the is only by the reservation. Side note: when you’re looking for a place to eat,google shows opening hours first, and not that the place has to be booked in advance.
