The waiter was just running around between the 3-4 occupied table. I don't blame him, probably it is not a one person job. I did blame the restaurant. It is a large place, so they should handle the situation if they have guests. I deleted the review after I got my food and cooled down. Today, when I wanted to order, the boss (probably) came out, and lectured me, that they have many orders, how come I dare to give them 2 stars. He was showing me his email notification, that he got a bad review, and did not care it was deleted. Even if it wasn't, this is how they accept feedback. They don't care and throw you out, when they do not meet the standards of a restaurant. Actually I am genuinely surprised about the reaction. He did not ask, what went wrong, what the problem was. He was just deeply offended and yelled at me: "are you Laura?". If he would have asked, I would have told him, and we might find some common grounds. But he chose to be rude. Overall the food is always great , and the prices are fair and not too high. However the waitress spoke Slovene poorly, and we had to switch to English sometimes. Due to the language difficulties, some parts of our order were forgotten and the food took an entire hour to arrive. But there is parking and the restaurant is super modern and clean. Odlična hrana,ambient,postrežba in prijaznost.Izjemno zadovoljni.Hvala Potrdili so nama rezervacijo na dan reformacije, ko sva prišla je bila restavracija že zaprta. Klicala sva, gospod je pa rekel, da ni bilo dela in da so jo prej zaprli. Vse bi nama bilo okej, če bi nama prej javili. Ker sva mislila, da se z rezervacijo zagotovi večerjo pri vas nisva imela s seboj nobene hrane (spala sva v apartmanu), ostale restavracije so bile pa že zaprte, tisto restavracijo, ki je predlagal gospod pa ni nič za najino prehrano. Drugič lahko vsaj prej javite.
