Atmosphere not very intimate, large room with lots of tables and lots of noise. Would give 5-star, but Lesnika was better in direct comparison. Had a really meal, totally recommend ordering one of the chefs suggestions, it was delicious! The cottage cheese dumplings are also good. It was OK, food was and not too expensive, waitress was kind, but nothing was outstanding tbh. We had the best dinner ever here last night! We got pizza, schnitzel, and salad and all the portions were huge so we have leftovers for lunch! Service was amazing. Everything delicious. So glad we went here. After visiting Mozirski gaj for the May Day holidays, we went to the Pri peku pizzeria. One of the orders was a pizza: Pri peku. The pizzas are big enough, hot and tasty. The staff is helpful and friendly. Since it was a holiday, the atmosphere was quiet. We were satisfied. Our warm recommendation. I couldn't order. They saw right through me, even took the menu away. "No-no" he said, but did not even look at me. UPDATE: the tone of voice in the reply says everything. After two weeks away from Italy we fell in temptation to eat and we have been highly satisfied, particularly by the Pri Peku (truffles, smoked ham, olives)..very good!! The food was delicious and the service was fast. On the plus side the pizzas were bigger than expected, tasty, and the service was friendly. On the negative side, the outside space was not very peaceful due to being next to a busy road (just separated by a hedge) and full of wasps, so we chose to move indoors by the oven (no wasps, just flies...). The pizzas had a mountain of what looked like Nacho cheese in the middle, which was a bit strange, and then finally we got charged €1 for each box we requested to take the left-overs home. If they could do something to improve the fly and wasp situation it would improve the place a lot... The ambient is typical of this region, with a lot of wood and kitchen smell. There is an open kitchen for preparation. Don't expect much from the staff, they do their shift. When you order food to take away or in a restaurant, pay attention to details, and what the staff brings to you. Once they cooked something completely wrong, once forgot to put some ingredients in pizza. At the same time, despite the mistakes, the portions are quite large and the is possibly the tastiest in this region.
