Enjoyed lunch here with a friend, we selected of the $21 menu and both dishes were delicious we are both happy to return another day to try other options from that same menu.. Awesome and Wednesday night, place was buzzing, massive improvement from the last time I was here. Excellent food and drove back 1:20hr next week for another lunch. Have always enjoyed the lovely and the cosy atmosphere. Love coming there with family. ❤️ As a group we chose to have lunch at the Drysdale Pub. We based our decision on the Bar Menu listed on the internet (Instagram). After we arrived and went to order our food we found out the Bar Menu was changed a couple of months and the prices were significantly higher. The excuse given by is the management of their webpage is outsourced. I have heard these excuses before. Unfortunately this practice of posting old menus is a ploy to attract customers . Great local pub in the Bellarine Peninsula. Lively Friday night raffle, friendly and good traditional pub food. The fish and chips is never disappointing, the Parma is generous and the Barramundi with both vegetables and salad is very good. A regular favourite on a Friday night, bookings a must to guarantee a table. Absolutely delicious porterhouse medium rare char grilled 😋 the barramundi 🤤 and the house salad fresh and very tasty. Very friendly and great pub atmosphere, will be back Unfortunately your food and was definitely below par (1 out of 10) and your standing around not even clearing table after or supplying glasses for our water was pretty sad as well. One lacked salad as per menu/order whilst the other was Pork Crackling with wedges. Well I guess it was an expensive $38 plate of wedges because nothing else was worth eating. Food took 80 minutes, and when it did come out the Parma portions were small and the was burnt to a crisp when medium rare was requested. When asking about the overcooked we were met with hostility and rudeness. Very disappointed. Very. Took my friend out for lunch here. Ordered our food with a side of tomato sauce for the Parma. Food was served without it and I asked for it to be bought out. My friend waited 15 minutes and still nothing. Chips were cold by then, then the member said oh you haven’t got the sauce yet, another ten minutes, still nothing. Parma was burnt all around the edges, chips stone cold waiting for the tomato sauce that never arrived. Extremely poor service. Won’t be back and couldn’t recommend it to any friends or family. Went out for dinner at the hotel & ordered the steak. It was night, Angus beef. It was all fat and gristle. Disgusting 🫣 🤮 I'll never eat, or take anybody else there again. Very disappointed Went Easter Saturday Bought 1 full parmi 2 half parmi Cost $96 and it was like a pan cake 😌 $11 for a scooner of northern Won't be making thst mistake again on a public holiday 3 orderd at same time. One entrees size , asked to come out with main meals. It came long before. Two other were no brought out at same time. Had two ask 3 times where 2nd was. Other people coming in later were served before third arrived. Clearly forgot this order. Chips were super greasy. Staff more interested in talking to friends and ignoring customers. No flavour, overcooked or undercooked and not to mention advertising on the menu ciabatta garlic bread and with a few options but there is no ciabatta to be seen! It’s hotdog rolls!!!! And charging a premium price! $13!!! For a hotdog roll cut in half! Chicken burger has raw bacon (no cooking signs whatsoever on the bacon and freezing cold) Portahouse is advertised as Angus and it’s not Angus!!! Just gristle budget ordered medium and got boot leather. BRING BACK THE OLD CHEFS!!!! Won’t be returning again!
