Such a stunning setting for a fantastic dining experience. First time here, and it won't be the last. I have to come back on a Wednesday night for the oysters. All the meals were absolutely perfect. Great range of drinks. 5 stars all round We have eaten here a few times now. The first time, we sat inside, and we had the burgers. They were great. The second time, we sat outside and ordered the items photographed. The quality and freshness of the food is excellent. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and a lovely lawn area where kids acn run around. The staff are very nice. We look forward to eating here again. Arranged my mother's birthday at Mr Grubb. Arrived to a beautiful birthday card on the table for her. The food is delicious and the staff attentive. We sat outside and it was so calm and lovely. I was worried about mosquito's but not one bite. I think this might just be my new favourite place. We went there for dinner on Monday 06/01/2025. The restaurant is on a large private estate, away from the main road which makes it relaxing to have meals. Plenty of parking. Food was good. One of the best Laksas I have ever had. A bit different to what most people would be used to as it’s made the way it should be. Not a basic westernised version. We recently visited Mr Grubb for a dinner catch up. Hadn’t been for a while so was looking forward to checking it out. I had forgotten how beautiful the estate is and really enjoyed the drive up the beautiful entrance and driveway. There is great spread out parking available with a short walk to the bistro. All the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and attentive all night. We ordered the lamb shanks and bang bang chicken. The meals were out quickly and the flavours and portion size was very good. The inside decor was spacious and comfortable and we will definitely be back in future. Thanks for a great evening. We come here regularly and it’s my favourite place But tonight was disappointing as my cut of steak was stringy and grissley- Usually they are on point. Just wanted to let them know. - but we will be back - for the rest u guys are great We had the most delicious meal. I had the duck laksa and it was Devine. The flavour was amazing and the duck was cooked beautifully. My dad had the lamb shanks and they were the best he has had in a long time. My mum had had the seafood linguine, the seafood was tender the calamari was lovely and soft, not chewy. Lastly, my husband had the gnocchi- delicious. Can not rate the chefs highly enough.
