Brilliant room, and Joe was a fantastic host. So we are going to try and squeeze in another of their rooms before we return from our holiday. 28 pasties later is highly recommended from us - the 👌 First doing an room. Went for a daughter's 15th Birthday. Really enjoyed it, challenging but not so hard it took the fun away. Great story line, we did the 28 Pasties Later room. Our host Chloe was very friendly and helpful. Would and would come back to do another if we have will on holiday in the area. Even though I'd slightly messed up my booking, Rooms Cornwall did an amazing job of sorting things out last minute for us. Our children and their friends had a brilliant and can't wait to do another room. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience at the room! A last-minute arrangement turned into a fantastic day out for our family. We stumbled upon this gem through a Google search for "things to do on rainy days in Penzance," and we decided to give it a try, even though we had no idea what to expect. The adventure exceeded our expectations and left us with wonderful memories to cherish and share as a family. Stevie was charming and a fantastic games master. We played Death by Prescription, a challenging lock based game, great for a group of four (or two well experienced players) def Excellent room. Well thought out and helpful games master. We booked the 28 Pasties Later game while on holiday in Cornwall, and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible – the set design, the puzzles, and the storyline were all so creative and immersive. Our host Alex was fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and really added to the fun. The game itself had the perfect balance of challenge and excitement: clever that kept everyone engaged, plenty of laughs, and a few twists that took us by surprise. Whether you’re a family looking for something different, or a group of mates wanting a laugh and a bit of brain-teasing teamwork, this is absolutely worth doing. We left buzzing, still talking about the clues and laughing about our near-misses. If you’re in Cornwall and want something unique, entertaining, and unforgettable, don’t miss 28 Pasties Later! Great place to visit on a rainy day! Had a wonderful experience, Alex was so helpful with our clues and prompted us when we were on the right track. We managed to with just over a minute to spare. We are a family of four with 2 boys aged 12 and 8 and this hour kept us all entertained. Really enjoyed 28 Pasties Later - challenging over 90 mins and finished in Amazing room! Had a brilliant and especially liked our lovely host Pixie, who helped us along the way!!! 5 stars! We did the Death by Prescription room, it had a brilliant design and was really well facilitated by Joe. Thanks very much! Went with four 12 year olds and they enjoyed a lot. Plenty of thinking and communication needed. Lots of adrenaline dodging the lasers and not running out of time. They managed to with 3s to go (!) with some useful hints from the friendly staff and a touch of help from me. Great fun. Did “the Lemorna Brown Affair” with a friend, and I’m happy to say it’s one of the most unique experiences I’ve done and possibly my favourite. Without spoiling any of the puzzles, you actually have to “break in” before you can start the proper, and the result is a very different beginning to other rooms I’ve done - one that’s very atmospheric and really set the tone for our experience in a way :)). Our game master, Paxie (I think? I may be misspelling that and if so I’m really sorry) was phenomenal - we ultimately needed a lot of hints but they were really at giving us just enough to figure it out ourselves without solving things for us - and in another fun gimmick, instead of communicating by just showing us stuff on the screen like in most rooms, our communication with them was via walkie-talkie (they were playing the role of the hacker/support person in our “heist”, so it felt really immersive) :)) The themselves were really and broadly thematic, with some very clever moments - there’s a couple where a bunch of previous stuff you’ve done comes together, which is always fun. Like I said, we did end up needing hints, but I think that’s more because we were bad rather than the being overly hard; everything made sense and I didn’t feel like there were any weird leaps in logic or moments where the solution wasn’t sufficiently obvious in hindsight. The only things I’d note are that the beginning is very dark and cramped (even by standards) and there were a couple of moments that required us to crawl - these aren’t negatives (and I’m sure the website warns about them) - I thought both moments were really - it’s just something to be aware of if that kinda stuff is an issue for you personally. All-in-all, I thorougly to anyone who enjoys these kinds of experiences, and will be definitely coming back to do one of the other rooms here next summer :)) We had a great and Pixie was very friendly and helpful! A great experience would Joe was great! Me and my family did the 28 pasties later together and it was super fun! our gamesmaster miss cloe was very nice and helpful and made the very fun :) were a level of difficulty for people new to rooms, all in all very fun and would recommend!
