Gwynver is a stunning, light-sand beach, one of the few in England with such a bright, almost white shoreline. From the car park it’s about a 5-minute walk down a steep path, and while the return climb takes closer to 20 minutes uphill, the views are spectacular and make it worthwhile. The feels spacious, clean, and unspoilt, with far fewer crowds than many of the more popular Cornish beaches. One thing to keep in mind is how quickly the weather changes — it can shift from sunny to cloudy, rainy, or windy within a couple hours. The colour of the water mirrors this perfectly: on a sunny day it turns a gorgeous turquoise, crystal-clear and inviting, while on greyer days it looks moodier but still dramatic and beautiful. Parking is on private land and very reasonably priced at £2.50 for 4 hours or £4 for the whole day. If you don’t mind the climb, Gwynver rewards you with a truly memorable seaside experience. So not ideal for those with disabilities or push chair user's, or anyone that's unfit. No amenities, so best take packed lunch and drink, if you're making a day of it. Gwenver is a hidden gem - peaceful, clean, and surrounded by stunning coastal scenery. The walk down is a bit steep but totally worth it for the incredible views and turquoise waves. I wouldn't suggest taking a pram and definitely no wheelchair access. There's no cafe's, toilets or places to change. Water a little rough but perfect for a paddle. Great place to chill as all so natural as mother nature intended. Located a short distance from Sennen, there's ample parking at the top of the cliffs (can't recall the cost but it was very reasonable). It's then a walk down some stone steps and path to reach the itself. The waters are incredibly clear, fairly strong currents so would be good for surfing and the is dog friendly. The views leading down to the are wonderful. There are no facilities here and no lifeguard station however. Beautiful very clean and dog friendly. The hike down is hard and tough coming back up, not for buggies or mobility aids. However the can be accessed from sennen cove at low tide. Beautiful with great waves to surf/board. Car park at the top is cheap, and well marshalled. However... The climb down is VERY challenging - it is a footpath but really uneven until close to the bottom, easy to slip or miss your footing, and will take at least 20 minutes unless you have mountain goat genes. Not advisable for the old or unsure of foot.
