I went on a weekend day, I tried to make a booking online and by phone a few times because they recommended it on their page, I didn't succeed and I went there early, there was no one at the reception, all the girls were cleaning inside and no one came, after a long time an employee came and said that she apologized and that they had some problems with the site, After that they said to wait that maybe there is room if someone who made a booking doesn't come, it seemed like a joke to me already but after the saw the playground, it's harder to refuse them and go back, especially since I came a bit far. A lot of parents came with their children, I don't know if they all had a booking but I found out later that there was some birthday event, After I stood in that small waiting hall with 2 I got tired of waiting and being crowded by all the others who came ''with a booking'' although the site didn't work for me only? I waited feeling discriminated against, both me and my husband who wanted to give up but we had already paid, we were the first there and the last to enter, the most horrible experience at such a beautiful playground so far. Of course, entering the other side we couldn't find any place because we were the last to enter. The place was very crowded and it was a torture, we stayed there for our and I won't go there again. The place was recommended to me by the host where I stayed on holiday. The place really looks wonderful if it's not super crowded except for the reception which is too small. Cracking place to go. Book your space and get in early to beat the queue. Coffee are cheap enough (£3.50 ish for a latte) didn't have food but portions looked good. Easy 8 minute drive from quay West Haven. Lots of parking. Great softplay. We came during high winds and rain. Loads for kids to do indoors. They had a solid outdoor play area too for summer weather. The food is well-priced and the staff are so friendly. Great soft play with outdoor play area included in the cost. Very quiet during school hours, so really nice to go with toddlers then. Weekends get very busy, hot, loud etc. Still fun but a little over stimulating! Good selection of food, reasonably priced. I can recommend the sandwiches and paninis, the portions are huge! Amazing, kids loved it. Indoor and outdoor, price is absolutely amazing. A must for scotch egg lovers. Probably best I've ever had. The staff are absolutely amazing. From entrance and onwards. Best value for money. Best food and best staff. Will be visiting again if not stopping there 😀 I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the softplay areas, and it caters well for a range of ages for and adults can comfortably relax at the many tables. Good selection of food and drinks, and it appeared clean and hygienic. A great choice, especially when the weather is not great for outdoor adventures. Would certainly recommend it, and we will undoubtedly return. The only downside was having to chase after 2 kids. I was exhausted. A great place to let them kids burn off some energy. Entry is well priced. Tasty food and good coffee while you're there. Well organised as you can book online and see how busy a session is. Over crowded, too many people. No one abiding to any rules. Under 5s area over run by the older children. Left my stuff at a table while I went to change my son’s nappy, came back and my stuff was on the floor and somebody else sat at the table. No other tables/chairs available so meaning couldn’t eat during my time at the play barn. Like I said way too over crowded.
