Berths. A fab little marina, the showers need pound coins but are food. The pontoons are a little bouncy and narrow and its best to call ahead as it can get full. The community run pub allows you to order from local takeaways in Rosay and provides plates and cutlery. Thursday night is an open mic jam which had lots of good quality musical folks contributing. Very tranquil setting with good facilities. A lovely quiet picturesque place to be... Nice enough. Poor facilities though compared to other local marinas. Very expensive, the most we had paid and the least amount of facilities for the money, plus you had to pay extra for a shower. We won't be returning A great spot. Beautiful place to have a boat. We stayed in a boat in the marina. It is well kept and the facilities are clean and cared for. 2 showers (1£ for an 8-minute shower), okay toilets and free period products in female toilets. Fairly well sheltered on a southerly wind. Bus stop right outside for quick access to main town. Good views of sunset and surrounding monroes. If you want a great place to walk with great view, this is it. Just sit on one off the many benches around and breath in the sea air. We (Halcyon Yachts - International Yacht Delivery) had a client in Port Bannatyne Marina who needed a little help with some boat paperwork. Kate in their office helped straight away and was a delight to work with. Very friendly and helpful - thank you! Great wee Marina with very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are basic but clean and tidy and accessible at all hours. We came in for fuel and weren't able to get it at the time but were able to go out sailing and got a call when they were ready for us, the service cannot be faulted. Amazing Marina, stopped loads of times, girls are really helpful. Anchor pub is across the road also. I recently had some work done here and they were very helpful, very professional and went over and above to get me in and get the work done. Prices were reasonable, they got me in quickly and back out quickly without any fuss. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. All in all I would recommend their services. There is how ever a waiting list for berths other than for short term visitor berthing, and I hear you should book early if yo wish to visit due to popularity. Though hardly surprising given how idyllic and scenic the place is and how friendly the staff are. The facilities though minimum seem adequate and well maintained. There are plenty of nice walks in the area, there is a lovely community pub in the village and a newly opened bakery which is fantastic. Though you have to get in early as their cakes sell out fast due to their reputation and quality. I look forward to making it down the waiting list so I can berth nearer home.
