So as you can see there are negative reviews from the crazy horse saloon from over 1 year ago. Some of you might not be aware, but the establishment has been under new ownership recently. This is my first visit here and found it very welcoming and the very friendly! We had food which was very tasty and the portion sizes are great:-) We also had our dog with us and he was treat amazingly well. Keep up the good work, we definitely will be returning thank you:-) Not what I expected, I thought the food would be low quality being on a holiday but it was really nice. They were very accommodating and changed the up quite a bit for me as a picky eater. My partner said the beef cheak was the best she had ever tasted. Breakfast was as well. Prices were reasonable, very good for children, and have a full arcade with a pool and air hockey table, and the bar has a candy bar. Staff went the extra mile and were really and funny. Would definitely return the place. It has a nice vibe. So where do I start, it was a difficult establishment to rate to be honest. Currently staying on the site this restaurant is situated. Checked online before booking to see what the food was like , , prices, drinks etc. So the itself when we got there was on a A4 bit of paper with 10 items give or take on it, would have expected steak or a mixed grill considering "Grill" is in the name but never mind wasn't on the menu. So we picked the battered fish and chips ,cheesy chips for the kids ( Not on the menu) and calamari for the wife. Standard prices for me and missus but £7 each for cheesy chips is a bit steep. The food was surprisingly nice and I would highly recommend the fish and chips( Best I've had in a long time). We went on four different days for food and the was that of the A4 paper so very little chance to try something different. The from one lady was extremely and professional I couldn't fault it. The rest of the are great but lack a bit of experience. Great games room downstairs for the kids ,pool coin machines and games. There was no dessert which was disappointing I had to ask a member of which was met with an " errmmm" sort of face. So overall a nice place to go with family but possibly ring up first to see what menus on so you're not disappointed with a mixed grill ed less menu. ( Sorry no pics of the fish meal as I ate it pretty quick) What can I say...my partner and I have visited the more than several times. On each occasion, we have eaten and drank at the Crazy Horse, and on each occasion, we have been greeted by unfriendly staff. We have stood at the bar waiting for or instruction. This is like pulling teeth. We arrived at 7 pm, plenty of time to order food. Well, at least we thought so. Unfortunately, on the site we looked at, it stated that ended at 8.30pm, then told my partner it was 8pm. Anyhow, we ordered food and waited. We had to figure out where cutlery was, etc, as we were not given any at our table. Our starters arrived, and then eventually, our main. Our starter was fine, but my main way was way over cooked, dry chicken, which I needed a saw to get through it. I keep wanting to give the place a chance, as I love staying at the park. Bar need to tend to all customers, new or old. Greet, instruct, and be friendly. Food was presented lovely. Love this place so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle food always boiling hot bar and shop perfect weekend away for us thank you 😊 Absolutely brilliant place , wonderful food wonderfully and a very environment. A special thanks to Emily and graham the bar and all the kitchen staff. Bingo night is also well worth attending 👌 10 / 10 Went for Sunday lunch with friends staying on site. Outstanding food, and very reasonably priced. Friendly, helpful staff. Worth the 20 minutes drive for the food alone. Highly recommend. Absolutely lovely. Abbie, Bev and Graham are fab. Also Jamie and Laura. All very welcoming to us. Thank you xx We came to Felmoor for the weekend and stayed in a beautiful lodge! We went to The Crazy Horse for tea on the Saturday, was quick, food was out not long after ordering, customer was great as well! Went back for Sunday lunch, food again was lovely. Went back for the entertainment Sunday night with the magician the kids loved it, had everyone engaged (even the adults). In the basement they have their amusement and arcades which is where most of the kids spent! We did go earlier than the times to be guaranteed a which we were. Suitable for all group sizes however they do recommend booking and reserving a if it’s a party of 8 or more to be guaranteed a table. Outstanding from a team member named Lauren ! Thank you so much, Lauren went above and beyond for us, taking time to find a giant rainbow lollipop for my son when he was disappointed that they had sold out. Lauren was amazing, messaging to source one and have it delivered 👏 , all the food we have ate here has been fantastic, and a brilliant atmosphere at bingo! Massive thank you to all it is definitely worth a visit 😊❤️ are lovely, previous negative reviews on this subject were clearly 'that' type of customer, the type anyone who has worked a customer serving role knows well.
