Sweet & Sour Pork pieces were automatically crispy, but disappointing, probably bought-in (just sweet, not sour) Starter of Salt & Pepper Chicken good. Really tasty, well prepared and fresh food, every time. We're new to the area and have found the Wo kee delicious, good quality and always a fast service. So happy to have a good take away in the area, with a great menu, various vegetarian options and something to suit every customer. Only four stars, because the prices displayed on the wall chart don't seem to match what you get charged! Greeted warmly by the girl behind the counter but noticed a rather plain girl sitting on the counter in the kitchen playing on her phone. That's where the food is prepared and she didn't look recently bathed. Ordered 2 crispy beef with fried rice. Order was ready in little over 2 minutes. When I got home I discovered why. Barely warm grey coloured meat with separate sauce. Tasted chewy and not crispy, clearly reheated from days earlier. Rice had a plastic taste and only tasted of vinegar. Awful, just a pure waste of £24 as most went in bin. Never buying here again. I placed an order tonight at 10.25pm and it was immediately accepted even though they close at 10.30pm which is very appreciated. Didn't need to wait long for the food and it arrived fresh and very hot. No issues at all and a life saver with taking on a last minute order.
