Great views from the bedroom, quite seeing as a main road is very close. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The is superb plenty of everything. Would definitely come here again. Great place. What a great place to stay, I can't believe it's been 9 years already! It's in the Scotish countryside and away from everything, it's so peaceful and quiet there, I would again in a heart beat. It was so clean and the owners were awesome. At the time we stayed it was pretty new, I'm sure it hasn't changed much at all. We came here on the way home travelling down south after climbing ben nevis ... we were later than the 2-8pm check in time. I contacted the owners and very kindly told us how to access the keys after 8pm. Which we really appreciated. We had the family room with en suite, which was huge ,views from all windows, a very comfortable sleep and very quiet. Complimentary tea and coffee with delicious biscuits are provided. Also shampoo and body wash which smelt amazing. Breakfast was beautiful, with amazing hosts and again surrounded by stunning views whilst we ate. We are only stopping home night as a put stop but if your staying longer ,they have lots of space for kids to play and outside seating. Parking is also free with plenty of space. I would 100% recommend a here Very clean spacious rooms and a great breakfast. Plenty of parking and reasonable prices for rooms what's not to like and quiet.. Q great with lovely hosts. We had room 6 which was a large triple room. Lovely sofa to sit on an evening and look our of the window to a nice view of the countryside. in the morning was first class and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you we will be back This bed and exceeded our expectations! Rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The setting is also gorgeous and very relaxing, far from all the city noises and surrounded by sheeps and cows. As for the breakfast, we had everything we needed and there was a decent selection of yogourts, cereals and heated foods. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend staying here! It was a business staff were rude and unfriendly. Was sent a text with regards as to what I wanted for breakfast, with a request to reply by 8pm by lunchtime had recieved more texts demanding to know choice. In the morning the that was delivered was swimming in grease and nearly twenty minutes late. The Room itself was nice with large patio doors which were locked and no key to be seen. And no other emergency exit to be had. It was clean, the grounds well kept and the beds comfortable. The double bed lacked a bedside unit on one side, the furniture was slightly strangely arranged. The room felt a bit like an upmarket transport cafe with bare square brown Formica tables. We can't comment on the cooked but the continental offered limp Pain au Chocolat in cellophane wrappers. The cereals and toast were fine. Overall, it felt as though the owners didn't really "get" hospitality. Very unfriendly host. Not a good look for Scotland. Most inhospitable argumentative and unwelcoming. The was not up to scratch either. Although clean I would not recommend or there again. The most unpleasant experience of our otherwise lovely visit to the United Kingdom.
