Tom Delaney is a great personal trainer. His classes are the best too. Tom is still a fantastic personal trainer. He does great work. are friendly, would have had a 5* but it doesn't have a cafe on site and not one outside that's near We recently went for a swim whilst on our holidays with friends. The pools aren't anything to write home about, and the rooms are diabolical. The showers didn't work properly, and instead of lockers, you're offered a green recycling bin to put your belongings in and take to the poolside. Wasn't overly Impressed, and probably wouldn't return again. The upper observation deck was unbearably hot..no ventilation at all.. So hot it gave me a headache. Gotta say, I won't be going back.. We go there 2 times a week, always and trainers happy and helpful. Visiting Wales on holiday and googled local pools to our holiday accommodation, was easy enough to sign up and book for the fun and floats session. Lovely warm toddler with a real mixture of floats and toys. A little out dated room, but clean and tidy. Lovely and receptionist and serving in the Hungry Moose Cafe, which was fairly priced. Had a look in the gym for future reference and looks very up to date and ample equipment. I took 1 star away as, the turning for the leisure centre was not in any way clear for a new comer and postcode sent us to a school or something down the road but easily sorted. Very old and in need of TLC, the is small and tired with plenty of signs of wear. Lockers do not work, and boxes need to be left poolside. No cafe or coffee machine for spectators. the viewing area is just a balcony with a few plastic chairs. Great day out Great little with smaller warm pool. Clean facilities, on arrival, and good little cafe. Will visit again. It's a little gem of a place. Other facilities include a gym and a large sports hall. Check out the website!!!👍🏴👍 Had a great bounce castle birthday party. Kids had so much fun on the big bounce castle and the were very and helpful. Good value for money. Thank you very much Let's talk about the pros and cons of this place and gym in particular. Pros: they have some gym equipment, and you can do some decent workout, but the area designed for the gym could be bigger. Cons: lack of equipment. Very little amount of benches, small weights area, but as always, a lot of cardio machines. Equipment quality is way too bad for a day pass of £6.10. Yes, that's right, to access a tiny bit of equipment, you have to pay a lot. If you are considering a long-term workout, I suggest buying bench and weights for your home, which would be cheaper. The smell is not the greatest. Yes, I understand it is the gym, whereas a lot of people are sweating, producing this smell, but stuff could've done cleaning more often, aren't they? Talking about stuff, they are always in a happy mood until u ask them something, I'm not talking about every single one, but I had some bad experience with particular individuals. Now, about rooms. Fix the lockers! They probably haven't been working properly since the start(I'm talking about male one's, what about female lockers - I have no idea, but I suppose the same situation). Therefore, you can't leave your stuff safely. My friend who left his bag got his money stolen, and no one from the stuff cared much about it. Overall, you can go there if you have no other options, just don't expect a atmosphere, but I strongly recommend finding other alternatives. A bit dated but clean and tidy in itself. Some are OK but one in particular seemed to not listen that one of us was over 60 and the other was disabled and charged us full. price instead of the concession rate. Great place to work out … are excellent We had a fantastic visit myself my partner and 2 children. It was our first visit and I rang to ask a few questions about times the receptionist was very and she also gave me quiet times for my son who is autistic. We arrived and was greeted by a smile and was offered the accessible room for my son which was an amazing help. The room was spotlessly clean and floors were super clean also. There are two pools the 25m and the learner which was amazing for my son as it was only knee deep but was lovely and warm. Lifeguards were very also. The 25m was a bit colder as expected than the learner but had a very deep end which is perfect for children who are confident and want to jump in from the wall. We are visiting again this week as it is so hard to find accessible kind places to have fun during the summer holidays mode my son who is autistic. Thank you again 😃 Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff. We took our 7 month old daughter for the first time today & the were so and helpful. As we are here on holiday we can’t come all the time, but will definitely be returning before we go home and will be back next year on our yearly holiday to the area. It may not be the most modern area but the small was lovely and warm and very spacious, my husband swam in the larger which was cooler but again ample space. Lovely and clean facilities with very and staff. Thank you so much. Such a shame the and rooms are so dated. It’s my third visit here, I had the 8-9am slot for lane swimming, were taking the lane ropes away early ready for the next slot weren’t even mindful that we were into them because they just wanted us out! Their faces said it all. Just find the overall experience like they just want you out of the way, like I said it’s my third visit and it doesn’t get anymore pleasant at all ! Will say reception are always accommodating Went to Tenby leisure center as a family 4 children 1 baby , 11 yr old 4 yr old 12 ur old we had a special needs child in a wheelchair and I must say the were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us they checked our needs many times and were so I would highly recommend this facility to any one with special needs well done team on the other hand Pembroke where we live said we didn’t have to book just come on up and we’re turned away saying we should have booked when we phoned this morning and she said no need to book many families like our were also turned away and the receptionist was also rude and seemed like she couldn’t care less. Thank you Tenby leisure center for a lovely day xx Tracey William Excellent for the family and easy parking, great thank you .
