Noce area. Beautiful place! Very nice nature. Fields, forest, lake, swans, big trees, paths... Our family really like this place. Quiet, clean place with small tea house, toilets, ice-cream and two parking... Dogs are welcome! We came here on a lovely sunny day and walked around the lake and enjoyed a picnic. There was a family out kayaking, which looked very fun. A very peaceful place. We only paid for 2 hours for parking and we were able to around and enjoy some lunch. Maybe not an all-day thing but a lovely afternoon activity. Spend most of my childhood here learning to fish and exploring.Had a pet perch thanks to Bolam lake,great kid friendly place. I was minding my business fishing & enjoying my day when I was suddenly approached by Bigfoot's cousin - Mediumfoot. He tried to smack me because I refused to give him some of my fishes - but I dodged him & ran. Overall, it was a great experience. Wellies recommended, but we walked around in shoes, it might just get too muddy if it rains. There is a cafe shop thing on sight, not cheap, bring your own food. A beautiful and peaceful place for a couple hours walking. Well kept and litter free. I have visited this place for 25 years, great for families! The cafe is a nice edition for a hot drink and sandwich. LOVE this lake. Beautiful scenery and so peaceful.
