During our stay in the area, we decided to try out two different restaurants for dinner. On the first night, we opted for Taste of India, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The flavors of their tarka dal, sag paneer, and onion bhaji were absolutely delightful! Although! Today I ordered Chana bhaji but received two onion bhaji. Really disappointed after checking my food at the hotel. However, the following night, we decided to dine at another restaurant called Black Pepper. To our disappointment, the food there was a letdown. The tarka dal had no taste, and the dal itself lacked salt. Even worse, the okra seemed uncooked; it seemed like they merely tossed it in hot oil to give it the appearance of being cooked. Feeling unsatisfied with our meal at Black Pepper, we decided to give Taste of India another chance. We placed an order with them today, and once again, they managed to impress us with their delicious food. It truly made up for the disappointing experience we had at the other restaurant. It just goes to show that dining experiences can vary greatly, and we were fortunate to have found a restaurant like Taste of India that satisfied our taste buds. Next time, we'll be more cautious and seek out reviews or recommendations before trying a new place I was unable to write a review on Just Eat. We had the meal deal and added some chicken tikka for starter. Everything was very tasty and plenty of food for us. The food came later than expected but we were kept up too date about the delivery, on a Saturday Icy evening we cannot expect good quality tasty food too cone exactly on time. Food was hot and enjoyable. The Just Eat promotion worked really well too. Thank You Absolutely fantastic. First class service, friendly happy staff. We are traveling through the area and found this place by chance and are we gald we did. Food was ready on and super fresh and tremendous, so tasty. Great value too. Thank you so much. Can't recommend them enough. We hope to return again one day. Wish we had somewhere as good as this place around our area. Thanks again guys. We used the online Pre order delivery ( 3 separate meals with Naans ) as we needed the food at a certain due to our shift time, & it was delivered 50mins after the kitchen opened. Excellent service, will definitely order from again! Meal delivered this evening was awful. Hardly any meat in the curry and the side of sag aloo was inedible as the potatoes were raw. Very disappointed with our meal tonight and won't be back 😔 Chicken Madras & Chicken Jalfrezi were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately mushroom rice was missing from order. However, one phone call to the manager and a driver was despatched within minutes. Superb service and we will certainly order from here in the future. Lovley food and it's always hot. Highly recommended. well i waited over an hour from stated for delivery on takeaway phoned them they said sorry will give you 2 poppodums ! driver stuck in traffic when i phoned them meal was still in prep all the chicken based curries were tikka so if you dont like that be ware i am still awaiting a refund Extremely disappointing take away, ordered bang on 5pm when opened, rang to chase after 1 hour 30mins of no delivery to be told it was a computer error and would be 15 mins before food arrived food arrived 3hrs after ordering missing nann bread we ordered No even so much as an appology from the driver Long standing customer shall not be returning !!! Excellent service and friendly, the Mr Naga is superb and so is the meal for 2 Poppadoms and naan bread is nice. Portions are mint. BUT, ordered a chicken tikka and it just tasted like a korma, overly sweet and could taste coconut in it.
