What a day out. The entry cost is cheap enough, and then you pick and choose what activity areas you'd like to add on. Good news, once you've paid for the activity area, you can go back as many times as you want during the day. Recently opened a sensory outdoor with soft mat flooring. Must have cost a fortune! Don't miss the indoor sand and area. Food was OK, typical burger and chips style, but fine for a family treat. Ice galore! And it's rather special too. Shame about the bubble tree that is supposed to spurt out bubbles once an hour. Otherwise a day out! Brilliant place for families and excellent value for money when buying the package together. We chose the package which allowed the 10 plays on the rides (you can buy a card separately for £15 for 5 plays which is valid for 2 years if you don’t use all the credits on this visit or you can pay for an individual ride for £4.50 but this worked out more expensive for us than paying upfront), entry to the Farm, an ice each with two scoops and a litre of ice and the total cost was £67. The car park is free for visitors to the farm and they have an overflow car park too so plenty of spaces to park for cars of all sizes. One of the places the went was an indoor soft which you can get a wristband for and lasts up to an hour. The other place they got a wristband was the Marshmallow Mound which is a large inflatable and we were informed if the kept the wristbands on they could go on this as many times as they wanted throughout the visit which was handy as they liked this a lot. As well as the rides that you need to pay for either via the prepaid cards/package or each you use (£4.50 per ride per child if paying separately each time) there is a large playground that is free to use which has lots of areas for to and can easily keep occupied for an hour or more so if you are visiting for a short this may be all you need. There are lots of places to eat for families and well as lots of outdoor benches if you want to eat outside or have brought your own food and drinks. The ice was the highlight for us as parents as tasted and we paid an extra £3 each for our two to get reusable mugs to have their ice in rather than a cone so could double up as a keepsake. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children. Drive in and order on the QR code. Dogs are welcome and seating and waterfall make your visit really nice. We ordered ice and coffees and the bring your order over on a buggy. They were really nice the friendly and helpful. There is one toilet and it was spotless. However the icing on the cake is the out of this world ice-cream selection which I must admit is my guilty pleasure especially the honeycomb flavour. Anything else you'll need tickets or tokens. it's an exciting adventure for little as they discover different things. There are indoor areas, lots of sand and areas. I would recommend bringing spare clothes. We had a lovely day out here recently. It was a very warm day so we made use of some there with shade and water. The pass worked out well for us for our children. The indoor with sandpit and play/climbing equipment was very crowded at times but it was perfect for a hot day so we went when it was not too busy and the were entertained for a long time. They also enjoyed the Gemstone activity and the new sensory area. The soft was overcrowded and it felt cramped. Be mindful that there are wasps everywhere but it looks like they have measures in place to manage this but still there were just so many. Thankfully we didn’t get stung. The icecream is delicious. For a day out there is so much to do there but it also works out quite expensive. It’s good that there is a good enough as you enter that you don’t need a pass for. There was one member of that was extremely helpful, a young lady who served us in the part and the gemstone activity. Didn’t catch her name but she went above and beyond and seemed like she genuinely loved working there. Absolutely brilliant. Took my grandson who is autistic and he loved it. The price is brilliant we got the shuttle bus to and from Chester tran station and for 2 adults and 1 child it cost just under £20. We didn't need a pass as my grandson wasn't interested in the other things but maybe next he will. The were amazing nothing was to much trouble. Definitely be back. The place is fantastic for everyone, whether you're 3 or 90 years old! The soft offers loads of fun for all ages. Unfortunately, we visited on a snowy and icy day, so the outdoor attractions were closed. However, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the delicious ice and tasty food available in the soft area. We are definitely coming back. We have been going for a few years with a now 10 year old, 8 year old and 6 year old. 2 of our boys have done the milk ladder and at the of their allergies there were always a choice of dairy free ice creams and the care the used making sure there was no cross contamination was wonderful. My boys adore the range of from daisy's playground to honey comb canyon, they love the little quad bikes and always have multiple goes on marshmallow mountain! We have never had long waits (but never go on super sunny days), and whether we are there a couple of hours or a full day we have always enjoyed it. And if course we always have an ice too - the flavours are amazing and the new order screens make it so much more efficient. It cost a fortune as we didn't realise every single thing inside had to be paid for so several £4.50's later, for the most basic rides and equipment. We booked sweet shop escape room and were given not the tiniest hint of what to do, just left. Our 10 minutes was up before the blonde girl came back as her phone was more interesting. We asked 2 members of if there were any animals - with 'farm' being in the title. The first said she didn't know, the second 'I think as you drive out there's a stable.' We won't be back. Came for the first today, arrived shortly after 11. were friendly and helpful, pass was definitely worth the money as it lasts 2 years! The were fun and kept little man occupied. Gemstone Cove was my favourite but the factory won him over! It helped there were plenty of places for adults to sit hahaha Food was at a reasonable price and had a variety of options. We decided on the restaurant, Sticky Paws, and found it worth it. It was nice to know they also allow food from outside, for those of you who may want to pack a lunch instead. Once inside, you pay for most individually, usually between £2 and £4.50 but fun. Lovely cafe inside the soft area, but no hot food. Very clean and the were all lovely. Brilliant park, decent value for money for the attractions with the passes. We could have easily spent the whole day there and the had a fab time. Only thing I'd say is they need maps or an app to let people know where to go who've never gone or you have to spend a fair amount of your figuring out which bits to go to with tokens/plays.
