Spent nearly 3 hours here trying on and different styles just to understand what i like and don't and what looks good and doesn't. I walked out with a and all the accessories and wasn't over expensive.. great which was because of the staff and service. Shop layout is fantastic with big dressing rooms. Unfortunately i am going to have to change my review after taking my to the seamstress she found rips in the under lining. I was mortified. She said that someone alot bigger has tried it on and it didn't fit so they just put it back on the rack without checking it before re-sale! (I haven't loss weight since trying it on and the fit was loose on me) Ill still say Staff are very and lovely, I had faith with me. We came in to try on without an appointment and she'd gone for a hospital appointment, however she made sure she was back in time to pick my dream dress! She was professional and friendly and couldn't fault her. I still love the and can't wait to wear it. I just want other brides to be careful and make sure they check everything or atleast get the staff to actually do their job and make sure the is in tact. I went to wed2b in Wrexham today and found my ❤️ the Jess helped me, she was so patient with me because I had no idea what I wanted really and she was so knowledgeable about the different ranges she just worked off elements of each that I liked and I think the 4th was the one! Would highly recommend, thank you Jess!! I popped in today not expecting at all to find the but I did! Tilly, helped me was fantastic and listened to everything I wanted. The picked out were beautiful, and I actually found the perfect dress! So friendly and attentive, listened to everything I said, a lot better than other bridal shops I’ve been too! Thank you so much! Just editing to add also, I had to bring my 9 month old with me because I have no options for childcare and they were and so understanding with her as she’s at the clingy stage. First impressions walking into the shop, just wow, walking past so many choices of wedding to the spacious dressing rooms, Tilly welcomed us, sat down with me to understand what I was looking for. She came back with a few which were stunning but not quite right for me, we refined what I thought I'd like in a little more detail, I showed Tilly a couple of photos of the style of I'd been looking at and she had a spark of brilliance and came back with the most for me, I tried it on and fell in love. Tilly also helped me with adding other features I wanted such as straps and a veil. As this was the first time I'd tried on and only the 2nd shop I'd visited, I was nervous committing to the dress, Tilly was so patient with me, there was no pressure from her or the team to buy there and then, they just have me honest advice. I ultimately decided to buy the and I'm in love, not only that but the prices are so affordable for such stunning dresses. So I'd love to say a heartfelt thank you to Tilly and the sales manager (I'm so sorry I didn't take your name) I would happily you to future brides 😊 I had such an incredible at Wed2b Wrexham. From the moment we walked in the staff were so and I felt so comfortable. I’d like to thank Jess who is incredible at her job. She is so and has so much patience and really took the time to help me figure out what suited me best. My mum, sister and I had such a fun day! I am in love with my and cannot wait to wear it on the big day. I also want to thank Kelly who is also fantastic! Kelly showed me some beautiful tiaras and veils and shown me how these could be styled on the day. I might be back for a tiara as they are sooo beautiful! The set up of the store is so and the fitting rooms are really spacious. I felt so special trying on different and enjoyed the whole of trying to find the one! A warm welcome, then guided round to the fitting rooms to go through my hopes & wishes in a dress. I was looked after by Tilly who was just wonderful, she listened to me & chose some beautiful & accessories & I happily said yes to the dress. I was a bit worried as I'd had to leave choosing my until last minute due to just having a baby but as soon as I walked in Summer made me feel so comfortable. She was so knowledgeable, and patient and I come out with the most beautiful which I can't wait to wear in a few weeks. I visited the Wrexham branch today with my mum, sister in law & baby nephew. We were assisted by Tilly who was fantastic! She gave me lots of advice and made me feel at ease through the whole process. Nothing was to much trouble and she really made our 5 star! A bit disappointed that I wasn’t offered a cup of tea or glass of water after sitting there for almost 2 hours and spending over £1k. Charges for hangers and bag for the is slightly taking the piss as well. I popped in to store today as i was passing and was seen to by Jess and Summer! They were both so and friendly. I managed to buy my veil, underskirt, robe and a belt for my here which I was leaving a little bit late as the wedding is in a month and a bit. Genuinely staff, would to anyone! Had the most afternoon all thanks to Courtney. She was so friendly, and kind. She chose some gorgeous and really listened to what I’d like to try on. The Store Manager was also really and helpful! I had a fabulous here. Thank you so much! We went on a Sunday morning at 9:30am and were the only ones there, which made the whole feel really special. Tilly was my bridal consultant and she was fantastic—so knowledgeable and easy to work with. I went in with zero clue about what I was looking for; I just wanted to try on different styles to see what suited me. I honestly didn’t expect to find the dress, but I did! Tilly was brilliant at listening to what I wanted and quickly picked up on my vibe. Even after we were pretty sure we’d found the dress, she encouraged me to try other styles so I could rule them out and feel confident in my choice. She also explained how could be customised and suggested little tweaks to make them just right. The changing area is huge and really well set up—spacious rooms, lots of mirrors, and good lighting with different options so you can see how the look in various settings. Everything felt smooth, professional, and relaxed thanks to Tilly’s expertise. Overall, it was a brilliant and I couldn’t it more! I went in this store today and I spoke to a lady her name was alisha she is the most nicest lady in there today she knew what she was talking about and she was so and bubbly you need more people like her!! customer service from her was 10/10 appearance 10/10 I will definitely be buying my wedding from this shop and hopefully I'll have her serve me again We had the loveliest morning at Wed2b! The shop itself was great, it didn’t feel overwhelming, a light airy clean space, I really appreciated the being separate from the fitting area and having them brought to me a couple at a time, it stopped it from feeling claustrophobic and overwhelming. I had an time choosing my wedding dress. You walk into the grand shop greeted by welcoming staff. The fitting rooms are luxurious with plenty of room for your spectators. They take the time to get to know you to be able to pick the perfect dress…… yes I ended up choosing the first and the one I didn’t even picture wearing! Think they have super powers to make you look and feel beautiful! So much time was taken for me to choose my even after the shop had closed I was still there hours later and still never rushed me. After seeing a online I chanced the Wrexham store to see if they might have it or any of my wish-list available. I understood how the store works by selling off the peg so had no issues taking a gamble as I knew they would have loads of choice either way. The girls on reception were super friendly the moment you stepped foot in the door. The changing rooms were great! Really big inside them and a really relaxed feeling compared to the smaller boutiques which suited me so much more. Changing was comfortable and just the whole was lovely. My stylist Alisha was so sweet and welcoming. She really took the time and listened to what we had to say and put the best effort into helping me. She did so well brining me what I was asking for, picking out aspects of the I was mentioning and then also gave me that curve ball I needed! I walked away with a dress, the same day, which I totally wouldn’t have expected myself in but I LOVE it! Alisha helped me style the with extra hair pieces and belts and had all the patience letting me try veils to get it all to go just right and so it felt like ME. At the end Alisha even boxed everything up and took some photos for me saying yes to the dress! Her genuine interest and patience were exactly what I needed to feel at ease. She chose one that I immediately felt a connection with, and I even got emotional thinking I’d found *the one.* But at the very last second, I had a change of heart.
