Always very busy but not waiting long to get served Nice atmosphere and very service but the team is very busy here however must appreciate the service they provide with and welcoming gestures. Coffee and food quality in high standards as same as Costa cafes and good seating arrangement, average seat quality but no harm at all for a lovely experience. Highly recommend. I don’t normally go to Costa, I don’t like costa coffee and I find it expensive for what you get, however, this Costa is different from any other Costa I have been to. The is nice and friendly, the shop itself feels very cosy and clean and for the first time ever I really enjoyed my food and coffee. Coffee didn’t even need sugar, the milk texture was on point (I am a trained barista) and the food was nice and hot. Well done to the team, will definitely be back! Lady with clear glasses and unkempt hygiene, needs some customer service training very unprofessional made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I love visiting this branch of Costa, all are always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have been on maternity leave recently and bring my baby along for visits. The always take an interest in my baby and help carry my coffee to the table, which is a very helpful touch of service when I have the pram to contend with. The café and toilets are always very clean, with a decent size baby changing area in the disabled toilet. The coffee and food are always a high standard but really it's the lovely that make this Costa branch stand out. Floor was strewn with food and tables not cleared therefore gave the impression place was dirty. What on earth has happened to the good old fashioned mop and disinfectant. I am not impressed. Its a place where you eat and drink for goodness sake cleanliness is essential. Fantastic staff. Can't do enough to help or to make your visit really enjoyable. Very clean and tidy.
