The most peaceful area away from the hordes of tourists. I had the entire walk to myself. The sights were just amazing right through to the end. Maybe 10 minutes to reach the end, where you can sit and absorb the energy of the forest. The Bilar Man-Made Forest in Bohol is a really unique and striking sight. As you drive through it, you enter a two-kilometer stretch where tall, dense mahogany trees line both sides of the road, forming a natural, almost tunnel-like canopy overhead. It's immediately noticeable how the temperature drops, and the air becomes cooler and fresher under the thick shade. The uniform height and density of the trees create a very peaceful and somewhat mystical atmosphere, making it a popular spot for photos and a refreshing break during a Bohol tour. Please be careful while taking photos beside the road. A serene way to experience the Man Made Forest. Well maintained track, with abundant giant centipedes and colourful butterflies. Oh the famous man-made forest. I love this place. If you brought food you can actually eat here they have nice benches/tables with huge umbrellas so you can simply enjoy the green and cool atmosphere of the eco park. The only man-made forest in the Philippines, according to our guide. If you're on your way to Bohol's Chocolate Hills, you can pass by this covered by mahogany tress which were planted by Boy Scout of the Philippines' members and out-of-school youths back in 90s. Really hard to have your own best shot of the scenery due to the big trucks and buses passing by. A nice and relaxing hiking trail. Tranquil and peaceful. A must visit for nature lovers. There is a sense of mystery and creepiness when I visit here. Maybe due to the silence and only a few people are hiking on the trail at that time. Overall, it was a great experience. The man-made forest was astonishing. There's no signal reception when you pass here but it's not really an issue. The place really is beautiful; I loved how bits of sunlight seep through the trees making it feel magical. It was quite challenging to get a photo in the middle of the as cars always pass by - the curves make it kind of hard to see if a car is coming so you have to rely on agility when running and the people in that same area as you as well. Be careful and marvel at the beauty pf nature :) Also a great tourist attraction. Man made forest. The downside is the is publicly passable by bus and other vehicles so you might be careful when taking photos. I am disappointed because some vehicles are very speedy on passing by knowing that there are lots of tourist on the road. It was nice place though.
