Efficient and kind nurses The lady working there was a truly lovely lady, but unfortunately due to being there on her own, she was swamped by people waiting. A lot of people were complaining about the wait and I kept on saying that just be patient she is doing the best she can under trying circumstances. She can't rush to much, as that's when mistakes can happen and that's not good for anybody! I've used this service before and there was 2 lovely ladies working. I don't know why there is only one, but obviously more staff are required.
