Costa Coffee at Orbital is one of my favourite spots in Swindon. The service is genuinely good, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Sure, like any busy place, there are the occasional small hiccups — but nothing worth making a fuss about. Huge thanks to Seiena for her help and outstanding service — truly appreciated! People like her make the experience even better. Keep it up! Very impressed. Despite a queue, the staff quickly served us all with minimum waiting time. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. The americano, served hot milk, was very good. Rich and dark. Tables were cleared and cleaned very quickly. Overall, very impressed and will definitely revisit. The people serving had a good vibe ,pleasant, approachable and relaxed feel A perfectly acceptable Costa. Not the atmosphere of a *proper* Costa store. As the photo shows it is in a Next store. The coffee is Costa - that is the 'main event' ☕😁 The Belgian Cookie was stale - this has happened to me at other stores: not a problem just went to the counter and was given another one. Lift (elevator) to the first floor, then flat to café and toilets (there is a disabled(sic) toilet. Obviously plenty of parking. very quiet and lovely staff You should stop serving Christmas drinks just because you still have some syrop left in stock or if you serve them, ask if customers want something instead and make it look nicer, I don't think you don't have any other sprinkles or chocolate syrop/flakes. My husband ordered and he didn't know how this should be. This is my nutcracker latte from this morning. Great no? Shocking, paid £5 for a glass of ice! What is happening to Costa coffee? It used to be such a lovely experience and now I cannot even afford to go without feeling like I have been ripped off.....increased prices and decreased quality......just awful Sweeping up and shutting half the cafe at 4.50 when it closes at 6.30! Come on, that’s a great way to put customers off and reduce your end of day sales.
