I'm not worry but go there once a week to meet up with friend in the cafe restaurant upstairs. The car park is huge, entrance to the sportscentre is well maintained and disabled friendly. There is a lift and struts to the first floor The food and drinks menu is substantial and if you've never tried their cakes then you've not lived. It's got to be done at least once in your lifetime, I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the choice or taste Overcharged because the receptionist took a disliking to me and my daughter when making a simple enquiry. Wish I'd of read the reviews first because there seems to be a pattern of behaviour with and discrimination here and I would never have gone in if I had of known. I don't recommend it to anyone. If you are visiting the area and want a workout-dont bother. £8.70 and they insist on a gym induction regardless of experience, and then dont have any to do one anyway. Clean smart plenty of parking, really helpful staff, good pricing, tons of amenities for all ages. Used soft play for 2 toddlers playing for 3 hours. Brilliant. Terrible experience. A member of called Holly ate my kids lunch whilst he was there on a holiday club. The only choice available was a jacket potato, he said he didn't like it so she sat there and ate it in front of him and his brothers. She lied to her boss when asked about this, even though 3 people watched her do it. When we complained her boss Mike (duty manager) sided with her, didn't believe us and then cancelled the remainder of the days club for our kids. I would advise everyone avoid this place as I question their ethics and honesty. There are other choices available, just avoid this place. If you've had a bad experience I would advise you also leave an appropriate review. It has been a few years since incident but i must say are so so rude, it disgusts me how someone can be so inhumane. There was an incident with my sister which followed with racist comments (was a few years back now) but i still come to sports centre and they give you vile looks .They will give you dirty looks if you walk past the front desk. The in all stars i must admit are a friendly bunch. Stopped for breakfast with a few friends out on our motorbikes. Breakfast was very well cooked. Young were very polite, friendly and very efficient. We arrived a couple of minutes after breakfast was stopped being served but the still made it available to us. Would highly recommend. Came down from London over the holidays with family, the kids had a swim while we sat upstairs with a delightful breakfast. Young chap named William was very friendly with the kids and they had a great time. Highly recommend 👍.
