I fancied a the other day and passed a number of establishments prior to getting here with a view to tucking into a hot BMT, but when I arrived, despite the ‘open’ sign, the place looked deserted. That feeling was solidified by the fact that even though I shouted “Hello???” A member didn’t appear for a good 3 minutes, only to be told the oven doesn’t work… who buys a cold subway?? Despite the lack of any customers, all of the tables from previous clients were disgustingly filthy, with only one that could be considered clean. Food standard food. Service was ok but there was 2 members working and the man working seemed to really bring down the mood in the place, very ignorant and rude to other member. I have stopped here many times and it has been getting worse each .The que for food was massive the serving were slow .There were barely any variety bar jalapeño and pickles. This was mid aftetnoon The toilets were not in use and tapped off very inconvenient. Will stop at another service point in future .There were other unimpressed customers too .Shame I love a x It was very nice, the service was great and the very friendly. Probably the worst experience of fast food dining we've had to endure. Service was very slow and didn't seem to care about the queue. There was no tea available, which I've never come across before. The biscuits we had were quite good, hence the two stars for food. The atmosphere was quite depressing, only enlivened by the significant queue waiting for the only toilet - which the had to use too. Very poor. Absolutely disgusting, 1 fridge working so meat and in the same fridge, sauces not kept in the fridge !! I bought a box of 12 cookies was told there was no boxes for them when my son opened the packet the cookies was so hard you could use them as a hammer !! Waste of money as they would break your teeth if you ate them im so angry the rolled their eyes at me when I asked for a box instead of a cookie box as there was non available !! Meat portions were tiny — felt like they were saving the other half…. Most toppings weren’t even available, and the couldn’t have been more unfriendly or unhelpful if they tried. Not the best experience. Despite no customers, we had to wait a while to be served. The member was beyond slow and yawning throughout. After making the food, he left for a few minutes without giving the food or taking payment. Several parts of the order were wrong. The member had the appearance of being unhygienic as well which was off putting when they are making the food. Will not be returning. Additionally, the bathroom was disgusting and did not seem as it had been cleaned in a while. Great experience. We have never been to this particular before and I can honestly say it was fantastic. The meat, bread and veg was fresh and appetizing. The were very attentive, friendly and paid attention to the quality of the service. One of the members was new and her colleague guided her patiently when she needed help. We served by two young ladies and a friendly chap. He heard our conversation about getting to our holiday destination and wished us better weather and good time. The place was clean and the wooden benches outside are a great addition to the dining experience. Thanks The worst I've ever visited. Stopped here as a treat, but will never visit again. If you want a lesson on how to really not give any shizes, you'd get a master class from the girl who was on shift this Sunday afternoon - wow! And talk about a cold, unloved and unwelcoming atmosphere. Waited a few minutes for anyone to come out to serve, and the service felt so uncomfortable that I nearly walked out after just being greeted and asked what I wanted, but I was too hungry so endured it. The young lady serving was a treasure but the only person there on a very busy day in the Easter hols. She was absolutely run off her feet but served us so nicely. Maybe with better pay this franchise wouldn't have such a staffing issue. Would think that it's also a health and safety issue to have lone workers. Franchise owner needs to step up and actually work there if they don't have available. What an absolute shambles this place is. 3 times within a week I’ve been greeted by someone who really shouldn’t work in retail. Each this bloke is in here there is never anything left. No stuff ever. 5pm no what a joke and his attitude stinks. Wearing AirPods while serving someone….. unbelievable. Not only that for the second I’ve visited the store after 9pm, and it doesn’t shut till 10pm he had the ovens turned off. The big light on the building off. Not only that all the food is packed up. I’ve asked for the managers details and no one seems to be able to give them to me. Place is a joke. I’d like to name the bloke but he doesn’t have a name tag on. A long a go this used to be my favourite place as a teen to go to after school or out with friends but now this place is a hole. It hasn't had any maintenance for years if not decades. The menu is all but non existent, there is so little to choose from yet the displays still show items that are no longer on sale. But worst of all the that work there are slow, certainly not trained and just rude. On today's visit there were 3 members of staff. One lady was making all the subs while a younger girl walked around occasionally helping with but not often and then another young girl stood at the till doing nothing. This caused a back log of people making the queue build up fast. Once at the till the girl was visibly dirty and lacking in hygiene sense, stood and had no idea what to do. We request a child's meal and she stood with a blank state until we requested all the parts of the box. None of the knew the menu properly or how to make the subs. It was an absolute disaster and I won't ever go back again. My advice, hire new because these ones ain't the ones for you.
