Very welcoming staff, areas not too over crowded, whole building nice & clean, & witnessed equipment being sanitised. Visited with a 9 & 6 year old. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend Great fun for all ages Great soft play, just the right size for my 3 and 5 year old. Food looked nice and decently priced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of who not only exuded warmth and friendliness but also displayed an impressive level of professionalism that I found truly commendable. Despite their youthful appearance, the at Frosty's Soft are incredibly mature and dedicated to their roles. They went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the time of his life. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness were evident throughout our visit, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers. The facility itself is a paradise for children, with a wide array of engaging activities and areas that kept my son entertained for hours on end. From the colorful slides to the interactive games, Frosty's Soft offers a safe and stimulating environment where kids can let their imaginations run wild. What truly sets Frosty's apart, however, is the genuine care and concern shown by the staff. They were constantly on hand to assist with any queries or concerns, ensuring that both parents and children alike felt supported and reassured. Overall, I cannot recommend Frosty's Soft enough. It's clear that the are not only passionate about what they do but also deeply committed to providing exceptional experiences for their young visitors. Kids have a great time here to burn off energy and I can sit and unwind. I would probably book afternoon slot during holidays as it could be busy. 5 stars, coffee was delicious, place was super clean. During the session one of the ladies went around the place to collect all loose balls to make it tidy for next group - very impressive. Loads of different activities for kids to spend some energy on.
