This was an trip, getting to many scenic highlights in Triglav National Park with Nina, our friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guide. Since there were only two of us on this tour, Nina was able to adapt the to our interests. It was an outstanding with an outstanding guide. Highly recommend this and this company! We were lucky to get a private with Jerry, the most attentive and patient (and he’s also a photographer). This was my boyfriend's first canyoning and it was a very special and exciting experience. Very recommended company with sweet professional staff And also the equipment was in a very good condition. We booked the 7 Alpine Wonders and had a fantastic day seeing the wonderful sights around the Julian Alps and Triglav. Our guide, Sava, was the best- she was really knowledgeable, funny and engaging and really made the one of the highlights of our trip. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking, and asking for Sava if possible- you'll be guaranteed a day! We went on the 7 Alpine Wonders on 5th Sept 2025. What an tour! We saw everything we wanted to and more. The scenery was absolutely stunning and Nina was an exceptional guide, ensuring we got the best out of each place we visited. Nina was very professional, an excellent driver and very knowledgeable about each area we visited. Nina was extremely friendly and had a sense of humour, which she needed to put up with us for 10 hours!! We would highly recommend this and would like to personally thank Nina for an day. Both activities were absolutely incredible and a huge highlight of my 2 month solo in Europe. Aleksandra was the best I have ever had and really went out of her way to make it the best possible day for everyone on the trip. Thank you so much :) I had such an with Altitude Activities in Bled, Slovenia. Aleksandra was the best and took us on a beautiful hike up the mountain. We also stopped in a mountain cabin for coffee and lunch (incredible venison goulash & štrujkli). This was one of the best guided tours I’ve ever taken and the day was truly unforgettable. It was the highlight of our to Slovenia, with breathtaking views, lots of learning from our talented and dedicated guide, tasting local dishes, and some swimming and relaxation in some of the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking to enjoy as much of the breathtaking landscape of Slovenia as you can through the eyes of a local, book this tour! The entire team at Altitude Activities was professional and kind and made the seamless - including offering hiking boot rental so we didn’t have to pack them with us and a very comfortable and spacious van. Thank you! We did the 7 Alpine Wonders with Nina on 21st Oct - all I can say is Nina was an incredible who was super accommodating on the and made the so much better! Despite the rain and fog throughout the day, Nina took us on additional detours which was appreciated! We had such a lovely group, and the views were also incredible at all stops. 100% recommend! My wife and I booked the two day Mount Triglav summit hike but received a message a few days informing us weather conditions had changed, and it would be an alpine experience. Although it was our first time, we eagerly accepted, and were so glad we did. Whilst we weren't prepared for the alpine trip, our Matevž (absolute legend) sorted us out with the appropriate alpine gear, even lending me his own gloves. Matevž is a world class athlete and the best we could of hoped for. He knew exactly how to motivate and push us through some of the more challenging parts. Thank you for giving us the confidence and sharing with us your width of knowledge. I don't know if we would of made it to the top without you. Hvala Matevž. In terms of the actual journey, it is grueling but spectacular. The best leg work out I've experienced. Especially as this was our first alpine let alone the first ascent over 1000m we found it challenging but extremely rewarding. Expect some shortness of breathe from the altitude and world class views. Honestly, pictures can't do it justice. You have to see it in person. Our 7 Alpine Wonders of Slovenia excursion surpassed all possible expectations and gave us the best opportunity to witness and Slovenia’s natural beauty. Savina was the perfect and host for the day. Unwavering in her commitment to ensure we got the best possible views and vantage points throughout. Whilst offering us fantastic insight into the history and legends of all the wonders on our journey. Let me start of by saying “This is the company to book” as a first traveler to this country I was hoping to capture the thrills and beauty of the alpine mountains and lakes and the I took with 7 alpine wonders about sums that up ! Our Savina was remarkable and I think the was made better because of her. Her enthusiasm the whole day leading us around was top notch ! She even never gave up when the path to walk behind the waterfall was closed off. Any other would have said sorry it’s closed and moved on but not Sava ( as we called her ) she wanted us to this so offered us the option of taking a different route to it and we hiked it a second with her ! The fact that she put herself out there as well twice goes to show how serious she is about making sure your guests have an time. We covered so much and it never for once felt we were on a guided tour. It was more like hanging out with a friend ! Showing us all the best spots and conversations on the ride as well as during lunch stops and walks. She is !! The was and the music choice and company made it a day I will never forget ! Did two tours with Altitude Activities in late October. Had a wonderful, "7 Alpine wonders" with the fabulous Nina. Excellent sites on this but the Nina made it so much better! A fair amount of mostly flat walking . There is a short climb up to the water fall and a short rocky hike at the gorge. Fantastic hike with the Aleksandra, on the " Panoramic Hike in Julian". She gives hiking tips for those that don't do much inclined/ steep hiking. The hike is worth the work and the lunch was awesome. We have had an with altitude activities on our to Slovenia. It is our second here, and with the company we did the 7 Alpine Wonders which is one of the best trips we have ever done. Our (sorry for the spelling) was and made the day so fun and informative. We also did the horse back riding which was such a wonderful experience. As an ex-rider it was such a lovely memory to make and was very well organised. The horses were lovely, well trained and patient. On the same day we also did the Canyoning Tour. Again, an experience, excellent organisation, brilliant guides who keep you safe throughout and ensure you have lots of fun. This is the second Žiga has been our and we think he is brilliant. Including floating down the river on your back and following the flow! I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Booked the 7 Alpine Wonders Day and it was worth every dollar!! We were led on the by Sava who was a wonderful guide. She drove us to the various stops and because it was just a small group of 3pax, she even added additional stops and was willing to cater to what we wanted to do best! She made the very fun, entertaining and also educational at the same time, all while driving us smoothly through difficult mountainous roads and terrain. The itself, together with the additional stops added on by Sava, really let us see many of the main natural sights of Slovenia, allowing us to really witness the beauty of the mountains and the lakes firsthand. 10/10 trip, and guide! Thanks Sava for the wonderful 🙂‍↕️ The Via Ferrata Hanz Route is an absolute gem for anyone looking for an exhilarating and unforgettable adventure in the Slovenian Alps! From start to finish, this route delivers a perfect blend of challenging climbs, breathtaking views, and a real sense of accomplishment. Our was absolutely and made even the hardest parts feel super enjoyable. We had the best day on the mountain. The weather was just perfect and we did a nice photo sessions on the top. The decent though very different was equally fun and challenging.
