Visited yesterday for session with my step son and fiance. Lovely big track to blast around. Upon arrival and check-in you get suited up and ready to go. Carts we used were the 160cc ones. Fast when you put your foot down. Thrilling to drive around at such speeds. But was genuinely shocked at how physically brutal the Gs are when you are going flat out. Managed 33 laps in the 25 mins session.. Including fastest lap and fastest average. Great seeing your lap times afterwards all printed out for you to keep. Really enjoyable experience that i will be doing again. Excellent place for family and friends to challenge each other or just a general drive around the 300m track or if you feeling like a formula 1 driver 500m track ,price is very reasonable as well has hot food , drink machine , snacks , also does party's as well good location and parking is good FANTASTIC I would give 6 out of 5 if I could, my son is 8 never drove a cart before. When he got in the cart he started to panic so a member of staff put him in a cart on another part of the track by himself and he loved it. Can't thank the staff enough. Massive track loads of great carts and awsome staff. Great if your wanting a wee bit of excitement, go karts were fast and the course was challenging, there were 11 people racing some novices others had clearly been before. The kids had a brilliant experience. They enjoyed every minute of it. They have jump suits for everyone to change into and they do various sizes, as well as helmets and gloves. We will be coming again! Twin engines karts kept shutting down 1 engine,older guy in charge was rude & done nothing but moan about being short staffed (my job is 75% customer facing & if I spoke to customers like he does I'd be unemployed by the end of my 1st day) whole place really needs a refit don't think I'll be going back. don’t go for the Monaco package it’s a complete and utter waste of time and money, pay £70 for twin engined karts for it to only run on 1 engine half the time, old man that works there is super super rude as well and there’s no adjustments once your in the kart so if you’re over 6 foot good luck. wont be going ever again what an absolute clown show Great circuit, good carts terrible customer service. My daughter's birthday, man in charge was surly and downright rude. Safety briefing consisted of which pedal was which and what to do when you crash! It was given whilst everyone was sat in the kart, so I couldn't even see! One young lad sorting out crashes with the barriers, wasn't very quick, people were left for at least a minute waiting to be rescued. One of my party accidentally touched a piece of metal at the end and burned his hand - there was no first aid equipment and he was directed to the toilets in the changing room for the nearest running water. When asked if it would be logged was told no because no one ever burns themselves! Won't be giving this place my money again (we spent £175 for 25 minutes, without a please or thank-you) - RUDE!
