Poor quality, one snapped whilst attempting installation, emailed Storm but received no response! Ordered a ridgeback canopy for a Fiat fullback to get fitted on a Monday at 4 o’clock got it fitted first thing on Tuesday morning auto spark was there ready to wire it in lights /heated rear window got it fitted and on my way . Very friendly staff on the phone or in person I was happy with the price. Will definitely use again The guys here were brilliant. Delighted with there work. Will definitely be back again Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I ordered four items from Storm Xccessories Ltd, and the experience has been appalling. My order arrived in multiple shipments, with two boxes initially delivered containing only part of the order. I emailed customer to inform them I was still waiting on two items. They claimed these were shipped in additional boxes, and the rest of the delivery would follow. Two days later, I received another box, but one (seat covers) was still missing. I reached out again, only to be told the missing was supposedly in one of the original boxes. It wasn’t. I requested a replacement or refund, but they refused. I even asked for the CCTV footage they claimed to have of the warehouse packing my order, but now they’ve stopped responding entirely. This has been an absolute nightmare—shocking customer and zero accountability. Avoid this at all costs! Ordered a rear spoiler for vw transporter t6.1. No template or fitting instructions provided and appears to not have the appropriate amount of nuts or bolts to fit properly. Will be returning and buying from a different shop They sell a great product and a great .A great to deal with and talk to. We explained that if it had off happened while driving there would be scratching etc. guess what there was none but refuse to exchange because I never put it on straight away and left it for 4/5 weeks. The front splitter shattered on the motorway, lucky missing all other vehicles. They blamed the fitting (without even seeing the vehicle) and the fitting was fine as it’s been on for many months. The splitter fractured in the same place possibly the weakness in the splitter itself. Customer was just as bad / read the reviews online and youll see what this is all about Terrible, items don’t fit and refuse to pay for return even though faulty.
