Reception staff can't always be found, as they're off working other roles in the building. But when you find one they're always super helpful. My two children attend the Swimbies course and have done for the last three years, pool is a great size and well maintained, Cheryl the swim instructor is great with the kids and engages them well, the facilities themselves are a bit on the older side but not bad in anyway. I would recommend swimming lessons here My children have been taking swimming lessons since they were 6 months old. Today, they are very confident in the water and love their teacher, Cheryl, and her teaching method. Playing and learning at the same time has made a huge difference in their lives. I deducted one star as the changing rooms are a bit rundown and can get quite wet/slippery, the toilets could be cleaned/monitored more often, and it would be nice to be greeted by someone on Reception, as this is usually not manned when we arrive for and leave from our lesson.
