One of the Best Places To Visits in Middleleaze Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. It’s always a pleasure to stay here. What the hotel lacks character it makes up for it in cleanliness. The evening menu is sufficient although fairly limited for vegetarian options: I managed to find veggie burger, salad, and vegetable pasta. The are extremely helpful and friendly and I am always truly welcomed here. But the beauty of this place is that it is set in wonderful Parkland grounds, with two cafés nearby, walks, children’s play areas, and a museum. The location is excellent . The location of this hotel is beautiful and it’s only saving grace! Even though the 2 young lads on reception were polite they did lack the customer service I expect from a place like this. Once in the room it was quite basic but very clean and comfortable. Tv is the main issue they offer a casting service but you cannot connect any devices to it. The mobile signal isn’t great either and when i asked if i was being stupid was told that cast wasn’t available on the tv’s Next was the food i ordered the Camembert special salad side on house chips and pigs in blankets. Once the food came out I could smell old oil And fishy smell and as soon as I bit into the Camembert got a mouth full Of fishy old oil which tainted the entire meal The salad was fresh, but the chips weren’t crispy and the pigs and blankets were crispy on one side and dull on the other! I told the waiter the issues with the food as he could clearly see I hadn’t eaten hardly any of it (picture provided) but didn’t offer a refund or any of the issues Over rall a disappointing stay. But will stay here for work again but will bring a fire stick with Me next time and either get a takeaway or go down the road to another restaurant Had my wedding day here ( in June), was absolutely beautiful, everyone is still saying how amazing the day was, the food was gorgeous , and as a bride the couldn't do more for me and was approachable and friendly, rooms are lovely but when it's hot it gets sooo hot in the rooms and due to safety can only open the window so far open , but a lovely venue for any occasions :-) This is a new build Hotel located right next to the old stately home. I was wary about booking as some of the reviews were poor but completely unwarranted. The Hotel is in a stunning setting - when I woke up I went for a lovely morning walk around the outside of the stately home, I strolled around the beautiful lake and the park. The rooms are clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I would definitely stay there again. Our room was fresh and new, spotless. The is welcoming and attentive to every need. Cecile at reception area is very personable and helpful. Mark at the bar was equally friendly. All we met were gracious. Breakfast was high quality. We also ate dinner one night and were pleased. Grounds are amazing and location is quiet and convenient. 100% AVOID! myself and my partner booked this hotel for a stay next year, we received an email today stating the hotel is actually fully booked for a private even. We understand this happens, the issue is THEY RE ADVERTISED THE ROOM AT TRIPPLE THE PRICE! they are not fully booked, they just wanted more money and cancelled our booking and lied to get! This hotel should be ashamed and embarrassed with their actions, 100% would not trust them in the future as this could happen to you. Myself and a disabled support client regularly pop into the Palm house Café as it is always much quieter than the other park cafes. We are always greeted with a friendly hello and smile by all members of who know us quite well. We are always made to feel welcome and they are always happy to accommodate a need for a mug for his coffee (as is cannot hold the standard cups easily). Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, highly recommended! Out for a birthday meal with my niece and husband at the restaurant. Cecile welcomed us and remembered we had booked a table! Mary served us , what a very pleasant young lady . We had a great evening . Service was excellent.
