I found this to be one of the most helpful tourist offices among the hundreds I visited in the world, mostly due to the patience and knowledge of Luca, who answered all my questions. The office is open all day (9:00-19:00h) and has free bus schedules, the city map with attractions and walk path, etc I really recommend going in and asking the team any questions! Having searched pretty extensively for a lake swim in the area, I was convinced there wasn’t such a thing in the area…the tourist office however came up with an option in addition to the ace open air local swimming pool! A restaurant which had a private lake attached where we could swim! We had the best day there - all thanks to the friendly and helpful tourist officer! Kind staff but beware there are active pick pockets along the main shopping areas suggestive of social depreviation in the area. They were very helpful with suggestions. I wanted to say I was impressed. The staff graciously and professionally helped me plan a trip into Gran Paradiso park but were VERY helpful the next day when I lost my phone! Traveling solo and knowing no one in the region, I really needed the support that the staff gave me. They were super! 10/10 service today. We had bought tickets for the Skyway Monte Bianco through the tourist information office....and we forgot to take the tickets with us today! We called the office and the lady we spoke to came to our rescue, we can't thank you enough! We had the most wonderful day and we are so grateful for your help!
