There is a like small zoo where you can see the wild inhabiting VALLE D'AOSTA nearby. Good for the family who has around 3-10 years kids. You can see nearby. The inside has picnic areas. You can bring your lunch or you can buy lunch at Ape Food. Very clean and comfortable place! We keep coming here every summer. A nice where you combine watching with some light hiking up the hill. They add from time to time- for example two wolfs joined the party last year. Not overcrowded and with a parking nearby. A cute little to see some of the local fauna. Enjoyable especially for small children. Some of the were easier to watch and others required a bit of time to come out. The had signs and descriptions. A beautiful little with world animals, saved and unable to’ come back to nature due to different conditions or diseases. I suggest to go during the morning due excess of warm in the afternoon. It’s possible to use the pushchair, but it’s hard Very nice park, great for children. You can easily spend almost 2 hours here, including touring the animals, have a picnic and enjoy the playground. We visited Parc Animalier with our family (our curious 12-year-old and our lively little 6-year-old) and it turned out to be a fantastic day! The offers the chance to see some of the most iconic of the Aosta Valley up close. While they are, of course, in enclosures, it is immediately clear that they are well cared for, and the whole environment feels natural and respectful. Our children absolutely loved the experience, discovering they had only read about before, and we ended up spending almost three peaceful hours wandering through the park. The atmosphere is calm, family-friendly, and perfect for a relaxing outing in nature. A truly enjoyable visit... both educational and fun for kids and adults alike. Definitely recommended if you are exploring the region with your family! The extends on a uneven surface, the pathways go up a gentle hill but they are sometimes small and irregulars, not very stroller friendly and this is an important issue if you want your kids (and yourself) to enjoy the visit. That said, the experience is great: many mountain wild kept in their natural environment and left at their own devices, you won't see guards trying to catch the animals' attention or putting on a show for you so everything is very realistic. Depending in the time of the day the will be more or less active, but in general a noiseless environment is what will grant you the best experience so do keep your children quiet, this will teach them to respect nature and have patience. You may eat your own take-away lunch or sandwiches, there are two picnic spots fully functioning (no heating thou) and many discreet toilets along the way. The is well shaded by high trees, the weather is family friendly. On the practical side: there are two official parking lots, not very spacious, be prepared to go there early in the day or to go round a bit. At the entrance you'll find a shop, full of plushies and other gadgets, they are a bit pricey but cute nonetheless. This Animal was really good!! The staff were friendly and spoke English. It took us 2h to check the and we were lucky enough to see eating close to the fences. In overall the were well visible and this was a better experience than in many zoo experience where you are lucky to see the doing something rather than just sleep. One of us were sick and was coughing so just that you know that the European Blue Jay is not sick if you hear him coughing too (voice mimicking)😉 I went to see the marmots and it was their lunch time at 11 o'clock, I fell in love with them! The environment was very clean and interesting, I recommend you to visit it up close. Amazing lookout for in a very quiet and well arranged stroll in the hilly and woody areas! 100% recommended for children of all âge, and adults too. Parking is a short walk however, and the is definitely not accessible for trolleys of any kind. Well-kept animal Parc. Many animals, cozy spaces, trip time was just right. Also, nice hot food at the bar and funny merch.
