Lovely but windy on the day we visited fantastic moody photos We have been here many times.£3 to your car but toilets are not free. Views are spectacular and loads of space to picnic and barbeque.Beware of cliffs for children.Access to the beach, village with a harbour and the castle.Lovely sea themed gift shop in the village,a cafe, drinks window and a pub.Do not try to in the village as only half a dozen spaces and not much maneuvering space. A gorgeous place to visit with lovely walks and beautiful Dunure and harbour. A wee at Dunure is a nice place for the kids to play. Great views over the water with the in the forefront. Kennedy is a beautiful oasis for outdoor enthusiasts! The well-maintained grounds offer plenty of space for picnics, walks, and play. The playground is perfect for kids, while the scenic walking paths are great for all ages. With lush greenery and vibrant flowers, it’s a peaceful spot to relax or enjoy a leisurely stroll. A fantastic place to unwind and connect with nature! Contains Dunure and a nice little harbour is a short away. Good parking and public toilets. We visit Kennedy regularly and love the views. There is access to a rocky beach from the park, great for swimming in good weather. There is a car and toilet facilities. While the car is fully accessible, the itself is quite hilly and may not suit people with limited mobility. Parking here gives access to the and coastal which leads down to the beach. From there its a short to the Anchorage inn for much deserved refreshments. Great family day out. Kennedy also has swings etc and is a very good spot for kite flying. Beautiful place. The views are breathtaking. Amazing ruins. Beautiful scenery. Nice place to and the kids to play. Benches along to enjoy the view. The only downside is the toilets were locked Have been here several times now with my partner and our dog. We stay in the village and our dog in the every day. It is situated right on the coast on the edge of a cliff with views over the islands of Arran and Ailsa Craig. The contains the ruins of Dunure - Very picturesque but very ruined. You can climb to the top of the and the views are amazing. From the you can get onto the Ayrshire Coastal Path and just for miles along the beautiful coast. In the the is a structure called the Labyrinth which is a maze created by local schoolchildren. It's just a lovely place for a and a picnic on a nice day.
