Cheap to park all day for £4. Great walks and access to the Railway Really cute little park near Corfe castle. We visited the clay mines nearby, interesting exhibit with very friendly volunteers. 20 minutes walk to the castle, quite even ground, easy. Cute rail station with a coal mining museum that is free only asks a £1 donation. Big play area for children shaped like a which was lovely. There are refreshments available for purchase on the platform and toilets, the staff are super lovely and have a lot of passion for restoring and preserving the railway. Nice day out for a ride to Swanage and Corfe castle. The tickets are pretty pricey at £15 return but worth it to contribute to this bit of historic railway There is a Mineral mining museum there but isn’t on Google maps, it free and worth a visit, I had issues with the car parking machines, I advise to download the app JustPark Our 1st time at the rally. What a fantastic family day out! Steam engine displays, vintage vehicles. Food vendors and live music! Topped off with sunshine 🌞♥️ Only downside is that we didn’t get signal on our phone so had to hunt for the machine. You can use just go here I would recommend to pre pay it as it’s only 4 quid for 10 hours. Toilets and a playground available for the kids while waiting for the train. There is no toilet located at the station according to sign in the car park. Nice easy to find car park, with toilets open 24/7. £4.00 for 10hrs parking. The at Norden station wasn’t running, so we took the trail to Corfe castle 3/4mile which was really worth it. Brilliant place for kids and family. Free.parking after 6Pm or reasonable prices other times. Used the Swanage Railway park and ride to avoid bank holiday traffic. Impressed with the ball clay museum. Beautiful Steam along purbeck to Swanage and back such a treat Corfe Castle beautiful Best to book tickets in advance at peak times at kids school holidays ..but off season was no problem getting tickets at office Lovely visit to Corfe and a fun ride on the Corfe to Swanage steam Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
