Very original old house that is very cosy due to the good taste of the collecter. You are thrown back into time. The first floor is really nicely lighten which highlights the beautiful objects displayed. We had a nice talk with the owner about the history of the former dance room and the Hungarian tradition. Michael is a very generous man! It was My family and I visited a quaint little museum that we booked through booking.com.It was owned by a Dutch man and his Romanian wife, but they were away on holiday at the time. An elderly woman who worked there took care of us, although she only spoke Hungarian. What made our visit even more special was their lovely dog, who joined us for a walk and seemed reluctant to part with us when it was time to leave. The experience was so interesting. The boots you see on the video are dancing boots so traditional. Amazing host. We slept in the old village house, authentic experience. The museum is great to see. It's a must if you are interested in the history of the Hungarian dance house movement. Thank you Michel and Erzsike. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely b&b. A nice home cooked meal with very nice breakfast. Better than the UNTOLD festival!!! We were planning to stay at Michel and Erzsike's bnb for 2 nights after the Untold festival in Cluj Napoca for some rest. However, we like their place so much, that we stayed one more night extra. We chose the room for 2 persons with bathroom, it was modest, but cosy, spacious and clean. We ordered also breakfasts and dinners there - the food was very good, Erzsike is a great cook :-) There is also a possibility to see the dance muzeum in their place and the have a swim in their salty lake - very nice, relaxing place.
