It feels like you’ve walked into someone’s home in the most comforting way yes luxurious way. We were greeted by Lucy on arrival and she was such a welcoming and hands on host. She provided us all with spa treatments which were included in the package and all the girls said it was amazing. The facilities themselves are very clean, it was very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. You really feel like you’re away in a retreat with the place to yourself. I would definitely book again. I stayed here overnight on my own just after New Years and the space is so that I didn't want to leave. The bed in my room was huge and so so comfy. I had an en suite room which has underfloor heating which was lush. I also had a which was part of their midweek deal and it was absolutely amazing. The spa area itself is also lovely. Very clean and tidy with refreshments available. There's a shared kitchen, which you are able to use if you wish and a lounge area with an open fire. I hung out there whist I waited for my alloted time in the spa. The house is so much bigger then the photos would suggest, but also had that exclusive feel. Staff were really friendly and helpful and spent time answering all my questions. (I'm super nosey!) I will definitely be back and I'll be bringing my friends with me next time!
