I waited a while in this restaurant at Királyhágó ( Piatra Craiului) , between Cluj city and Oradea main road. The food was ok,nothing spectacular,the waitress was a bit grumpy and not too quick. I really don't know what to tell about restaurant,maybe average. It was not good but bad either. Good place for a trip stop. Some restaurants, grocery, big parking place. Prices medium. The Papnasi nice and fresh , big portion, teh servis is ok, the view nice also. The toilet are disgusting. We tried to have lunch, but couldn't order for ~15 minutes. The staff was probably overwhelmed. Embarrassing… the waiter who served us literally threw me a menu, and looked angry. Then another woman came to take our order, and she looked like was on antidepressants… the potatoes pictured in the image attached were cold, however the meat was decent, although it did seem microwaved. I understand it’s a more rural restaurant but the customer service is truly shocking. Disgusting hygiene and service. Not recommended.I cannot rate thr food, since after 10 minutes nobody offeted us anything The current rating of this place doesn't reflect the reality. I had the displeasure of staying here twice. Once we only had the some coffee if you can call that one anyway... it was in the middle of the night, the waitress was rude, barely wanted to serve us and the tables where still littered with food from the previous persons even though only 4 other people was eathing there. We just tried our luck with some food and the result is even worse... the French fries and the mitci was half baked... this is the only food you shouldn't be able to mess up and still they where able... I just hope I won't get food poisoning... if you have alternative just skip this place. Oh and when I asked for the bill the waitress made the bill for cash and didn't even asked me to be able to pay with card... Catastrophic, rude, standoffish waiters who hate everyone who comes in. Had to wait over an hour just for drinks. Food is also awful and overpriced.
