Been coming here for the adult diving classes for almost 2 years now, love it! My son has been in swimming lessons here for 2 years and can barely swim. I would have changed him or stopped it but he enjoys going just doesn't learn anything. The room sizes are either huge or small, the gym feels crowded and overbearing. Also, and this maybe a one off but the gym definitely needed a clean last time I was there. Other facilities of the centre are decent but I feel the use of space has been used inefficiently. A careful rethink and this could be a great sports centre. Well equipped, friendly staff, variety of activities to suit personal preferences. Fees are affordable Amazing staff , facility has good equipment, more of a good all rounder gym. 4 usable benches for free weight training so limited if your looking for more of a competitive training workout facility. Excellent facilities. Just wish there was a health spa of some sort Only been a few times but had great facilities Amazing diving centre. Well worth asking for a taster or joining adult sessions Fantastic Leisure Centre, all the latest equipment, a pool, squash courts, even a dojo. Amazing Sobel centre, i come mostly every day for swimming there are 3 pools, you have got the small (baby pool) is only for you gets and kids who cant swim and then you have the main pool, fair size and big, also aloud to jump and dive in there and this main is slightly sectioned of for people who come here specifically just to swim so nobody gets in the way of them trying to swim, and then you have the other going up to my kneck and I am 5ft2 so faur size but does get shallower, and you have also got a diving pool, highly recommended here the staff, lifeguards and girls at reception are helpful and kind, I always leave my scooter inside by the door way and no problems with them what so ever eith it, they are more than happy to keep and eye on it for me, they also have free family swimming for 1hour but if you want to go for longer for around 4-5hours it’s less than £3 CANT complain!!!
