I've been a couple of times for the Mother Gaia Ritual, which is absolutely incredible. Would highly recommend. The entire was incredible. Such staff, fantastic welcome, and the treatments were just amazing. I've never felt so relaxed. They make you feel so special and really look after you. Would 100% and will be back! I loved it as soon as we walked in. The toilet is like a spa room. The stairs are lit with candles. So I was really looking forward to my after a really stressful week (I had the hot stone massage). However when we were shown into the room, we were met with a very (natural) brightly lit and cold room. So I expected them to darken it in some way, it wasnt. I had to ask about heating and was given another blanket. So I came out feeling as I had when I had entered. Our therapists Amelia and Angela were both AMAZING i cannot emphasise this enough. Shannon was also amazing. The was a godsend. I was able to relax a bit in there as it is how a therapy should look like. Its darkened, candles, warm and inviting. I did feed this back to Shannon and it was taken on board. However, all that being said, now I am aware of what to expect and it being fed back, i would love to see these changes made. And, i will know what to expect next I go there. As, i will most definitely go back, based purely on the girls and room. Shannon was on hand with coffees, tea's, prosecco and cakes. They could not do enough for us and this was prior to my feed back. I do it, but also advise you be prepared, especially if you feel the cold easily. And the price you pay, honestly does not reflect the service the girls and the spa provide. I had to give 4* based on the cold and the lack of ambience in the rooms. But do highly and will be going back soon. My friend and I visited to celebrate my birthday. I had the Mother Gaia Ritual and it was absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so attentive and we really appreciated all the little touches and attention to detail. Shannon was a great host. The hot chocolate post was delicious too. It was our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. A hidden gem in the Welsh valley’s. As always, Steph and girls give a 5 star experience. Myself and my daughter came for a birthday treat. Our therapists Danielle and Amelia were and gave us beautiful treatments which were so relaxing. It was my first at Rose Retreat and Lois was so and made the much less anxious. When I arrived Stephanie was so warm and kind and so helpful. All members of staff were friendly, polite and professional- they put me at ease and explained everything that would be happening. Everyone was so happy to help with any questions. Myself and a friend had the most Aromatherapy Massage. The retreat is just beautiful, so relaxing. The attention to detail was second to none. Steph is so lovely, she has fine tuned everything to run seamlessly. Before arriving we knew what to expect and knew to switch mobiles off, which made the morning even more relaxing. From the minute stepping through the door- Shannon Spa Manager was so welcoming and friendly and really looked after us the whole - the hostess with the mostess! Had such wonderful treatments with therapists followed by a super charge in the sauna and then an ultra chill out in the most beautiful calming room. We really didn't want to leave- but left feeling so calm, reset and just utterly spoilt! Thank you ladies! We can't wait to come back! Loved the set up and vibe of the place. Lyndsey provided such a wonderful massage; I felt very de- stressed afterwards. The is beautiful and calming. The sauna is just on point. After a very difficult week, this was just what I needed. Staff are exceptional and look after their clients very well - they are professional from the moment you walk through the door. I will be returning without a doubt. Highly recommended! We couldn’t the ladies at the Rose Retreat enough! We booked in for our first at the Retreat, booking the double Swedish massages this weekend and they were blissful! The Amelia was my masseuse and she was excellent! My fiancé’s masseuse was Hayley and he also would highly recommend! After our messages we were treated to a sauna session, a complimentary chocolate cake and a coffee, as well as an hour to unwind in the room. The start to finish was fantastic and Shannon our host couldn’t have done anymore if she tried. We will 100% be back at the Rose Retreat very very soon! We had the serenity package, the back and facial were amazing, we both felt so relaxed and the facial products used were lovely. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with a attention to detail that made us feel instantly relaxed.
