Large car park that is hard standing, free to park but no amenities here Plenty of throughout the to explore Plenty of wildlife spotted The main path up either side of Earl's Hill is strenuous, and so may not be suitable for all abilities to up If you do get up though, the are superb Can make the a loop and explore the surrounding Lovely reserve with good parking. Hill fort is nicely looked after, teens said the from the top were great ...I chose to believe them. Great mix of habitats. Quite busy....and dog walkers need to do better clearing but not too bad. Lovely walk, although a strenuous climb from car park, a double event, thr earth workings of a small fortified ditch and rampart farmstead at the base of the hill. And the much larger "hillfort" at the top. A good with fabulous from the top of the hill fort Beautiful views, even if it was a cloudy day. And we managed to find a gorgeous waterfall with a pool for wild swimming! One of most quite and peaceful places I have been. Absolutely incredible feeling, at done part you don't even hear wind, just birds ❤️ Views are beautiful and the climb on top is not too hard, our 5 year old could do it :) Love that place, pretty big free of charge parking, always some space available, beautiful sights, nice walking path, perfect for a day off walk, highly recommended for everyone 😀 It was a hike on a hot and humid day that was well worth the effort. The were magnificent! Lovely to walk, brilliant from the top but you can also make the as long as you want, as if you venture away from the main that circle the hill, there are dozens of which criss-cross the area. These are very muddy at times though so waterproof boots/wellies advisable. Beautiful walks around the area, lots of different to take from very to a nice easy stroll. Highly recommend 👌 Fab and great habitat variety. Lovely little reserve with a challenging hike to get to the Trig point in the centre, nice choice of to explore. Amazing nature trails... Such beautiful from the summit. I loved it..... Had great 2 hours hike with little kids. Some parts were quite for them, so they loved it and got those little legs (and the big ones!) tired. Job done 😎 Parking was small but room for about a dozen vehicles and no charge. The approach road was single track and fortunately I didn't meet anything. The itself was along gravel but I didn't go all the way around. Great for dog walking. Very and the trails were a bit rugged and loose under foot but great mini hike and lovely view Really nice walk. A circular around the mound and if you feel up to it you can climb the mound for amazing views. Accesable routes around too. Great Awesome with a stunning view. Sun was setting when I got to the top. 360° view of Shropshire. Very climb up however. Decent enough car park. Recommended. Love this walk. Easy & free to park. Great views. Awesome place ! First time here ..steep hike and at the top amazing . Got some amazing pictures:-) will be back again !
