Great restaurant, food was tasty and good service. The garden with all the animals is cool. Regarding the sources of the river, there is only one publicly accessible and it is the one found near this restaurant. It is indeed a magical natural phenomenon, however a bit disappointed that only one is visible to people. Our second visit was better than the first. The first they wouldn't allow our dog to sit with us on a lead outside which seemed strange as they have a large outside area. 2nd time the dog wasn't with us so we got to eat and the and food was really good. Sadly it's unlikely we will visit again as most of the time we travel with a dog so need pet friendly places, such a shame as we enjoyed our visit. We waited 30mnts for them to clean the table previous guests ate. 😡😡 After telling the waiter, "Can we get the menu ?, he said 1 minute. Don't see him for a long time and after waiting 20mnts he brings the menu. Total 50mnts to get the menu. Disgusting as tourists the worst waiting and restaurants we have visited in the world 🌎. Customer doesn't exist in this restaurant. We travelled to 20km to Varna and had an amazing meal at "AIKO" (aiko 😍 😋. A hidden gem in balkans ! If I could give 100000000 stars I would do it with pleasure for this paradise . Everything is like a fairytale. Food is really delicious is outstanding! Please come here and connect with nature . I would return here 100 % !!!!! What a place !!!! I’m totally confused how to describe my impression of this place. Because of long weekend and nice weather the was very overcrowded. Barely found parking place. We entered inside to ask for the table. Luckily the waiter could speak english, but he only said: no tables, next time call and pushed me visit card info the hand and went out. While I was explaining my wife the situation and we were intending to leave, we were already outside the same waiter told, that there is one table free until certain time (good 1h20m) so if we hurry with eating we will be served. Maybe this was the moment when we should leave anyhow. We stayed and sat at the table. Was not yet cleaned after the guests before. It took the about 10 minutes, talking the order another 10. I ordered beers, ayran, two starters, 3 mains, perlenka and french fries (without cheese). This is quite important. Drinks were served after good 10-12 minutes. Then came the fries. With cheese. Cold. Another 15 mins later came 2 starters and 1 main. After next 15 mins 2nd main and bread. Last main came very late and we had to eat it in the hurry. On one hand the did us a favor. On the other they deserved to be blamed. The taste was good (except of the fries). Even though we were quite early, there were dished that could not be served (were out). I don’t want to judge the waiters, they were surely too little, too stressed so this could make the impression that they act rude and unpolite. This was neither the best nor the worse I visited in BG so far. But I will rather not visit it soon. Last but not least: it’s climate, but is relatively expensive. Very disappointed! Repairs in the middle of the season. Half the place not accessable. Highest prices I've seen so far! 8.80lv for half a tomato, literally not even sliced, with peace of cheese and a teaspoon of something- 600g in menu, 200g in real! 😳 Chips is an unpeeled potato (shocking) My little one chalked with it 😡 Raw zucchini, stated crispy! Raw chicken wings 6 of them(6 half chicken wings) 6😳 In the end, my change was wrong. I always leave a tip, but wrong change is a crime! Avoid at any cost! Go somewhere nicer ! Delicious food at average to slightly above average prices, but atmosphere and the BBQ Mackenzie all worth! They have their own live fish reservoirs with fresh water from the river which runs directly in the mansion and is very refreshing especially in the summer. They have their own chicken and ducks so he’s are always fresh… in general FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!! I highly recommend this place! Perfect for families with kids,couple also!
