We went there on Monday in March and the experience was quite pleasant. There was absolutely no queue at the entry, it was not crowded at all, everything was clean, saunas were working, the small pools from the Sacral baths with mineral and thermal waters were amazing and everything was very relaxing. I can imagine that during vacation days it might not be so relaxing as it is not such a big place and it can get crowded very easily. I have to mention also that the prices are not really small, we paid 160 RON for 2 perons for 3hour including the access to the Sacral baths. Also, I would recommend changing the system with the extra bracelet for the access to Sacral baths as mine fell off in the water. It was a surprise for me! Not only did I enjoy it, but everything about it was amazing! Indoor and outdoor pools with different temperatures and the spa area exceeded my expectations (it is a separate, small amount totally worth it from my point of view) Very kind and friendly staff too, which made it even more pleasant. I will for sure come back! Great place for treatments! This is not a pool where you can swim and exercise. The point of it is to be in the mineral water and allow your body to absorb what it needs. We loved the saunas and the fact that there are both indoor and outdoor pools. Kids pools/areas are available. Weekends tend to be busy, however week days allow for plenty of space in the pool and chairs. Smaller than I expected and definitely too crowded. The sacral area is a joke, there were at least double the number of people they display on their website. Though, the building and location are beautiful. The worst SPA I’ve ever been to. One sauna wasn’t working, the water was at the waist level, every time I entered the water I had to sit down and it wasn’t warm as I expected. Overall it wasn’t very clean. The place is beautiful and clean. It is worth paying extra for the sacred bath section. It has a few pools with different water temperatures, a steam cabin and a finish sauna. The negatives, the reason why I didn't gave 5 stars: It doesn't have a cantina or a smaller restaurant. All it has is a sort of café bar where you can buy sandwiches and pastries. Now, if you buy a whole day entry, I'm not sure that'll be enough for you. It wasn't for us. The music was tasteless. This should be a place of relaxation and instead of playing a chill melody, it was mostly R&B, EDM and other "faster rhythm music". It was kinda hard to relax when the ambiance was telling a different story, like you were on the beach or at a club. My wife and I have visited this place twice, and like any spot, it has its pros and cons, it really depends on your expectations. First visit (2 years ago) with our 8-month-old baby: The waiting time at the entrance and exit was frustrating due to the crowds, but once inside, the staff was highly professional. In addition to the basic pool, they offered some extra services, which was a nice touch. Second visit (last year) with a 6-month-old and a toddler: This time, there was no waiting at all, which was a huge improvement, perhaps it was just a quieter day. The atmosphere felt more relaxed, and the music was decent. However, the prices had increased, at least from top of my head anyway. One major downside was the lack of a proper restaurant, which was inconvenient, especially with two young kids. The coffee was terrible there and the sandwiches/pastries at the bar weren’t great either. Additionally, the changing facilities were disappointing, my wife didn’t have a dedicated space to change and feed the baby, which was frustrating. Overall, it was an OK experience, better than other places we’ve been to, but with room for improvement It is a beautiful place , we had a great experience however on terms of health and safety is still room to improve, i expected a bit more from a brand new place.
