I honestly don't know what her problem was, and she shouldn't be in a people facing role with how she speaks to people. I wouldn't recommend having a function here at all purely because of how she treated guests. We had an excellent time here. We had the large function room for our party and had a great experience. The two managers who dealt with us during booking were excellent and the party itself was very enjoyable. The bar staff were great and the buffet was enjoyed by all guests. We'd recommend this venue!
