A lovely long stretch of beach, even on a grey day in November it was lovely. Quiet, peaceful. A lovely English beach. Lovely ⛱️ no sea but brilliant even got treated to some gospel from Leicester see video We absolutely love it at Cleethorpes just over an hour from home, the is spotlessly as is the promenade, Meggies Fish and Chip shop is the place to for your seaside chippy fix and then loads of 2p slots if the weather is crappy 😍 Great beach! Lots of arcades and some very aimed at young kids. Beach not too bad. I know.its hard ti keep beats clean. But you loose a star due to how much glass I had to pick up. 1 piece was a whole wine bottle base and was stuck with a huge point going up. That would have been so dangerous had it been stood on. Lots of amazing shells! Lovely place . Nice to see lots of people enjoying traditional facilities. Cute and quirky as always A wonderful to always clean. Loads of parking on the sea front. We always Papa's for fish and chips on the pier, a superb old building. Don't expect the buzz of Skegness this is much nicer and a more pleasant place to visit. Very beach, groomed daily. No dogs allowed at this time of year. Must Papa's for your fish n chips 😋 What a pretty had my best time there must when you are in grimsby. I really don’t rate this 😏 very disappointed with this has to be one of the worst beaches I’ve been too , was more of a muddy not really sandy and the actual sea was always far out ,by the time it comes in it’s late in the day no good . I think also not much to see here such a shame Amazingly Long ⛱️ Beach🏖, Clean👍🏻, Nice Afternoon Meal👌, Full of Shops with Refreshments💣💯, Great Promenade👌, Parking👍🏻 Very nice with nearby parking. Lot of fish and chips shops all round the beach. Better to go in high tide times as during low tide water is almost a kilometers away. We visited at 6pm on a Sunday evening, it was a beautiful sandy beach. The only thing that let it down was a guy injecting his drugs on the beach. I just hope he took his dirty needle with him, we didn't stay around long enough to see. Cleethorpes is a hidden gem, has sands, plenty of space, and a really welcoming seaside feel. The mix of traditional charm with modern touches makes it perfect for both a peaceful walk and a family day out. Lots of sea side accommodation for guest. I enjoyed the old locomotive train ride from the beach, which is well priced. Always feels refreshing to visit!” Been visiting since I was a small child and the place never changes. Not a bad thing in my eyes. I do have one question tho, what is with the lack of toilets? Took us ages to find one and had to pay 3.50 for a bottle of rose lemonade to use the loo. I see there are lots of plans for developments to the area which is good as some areas really need it. It will always hold a special place in my heart. Cleethorpes offers an awesome walking experience! The expansive stretch of sand invites leisurely strolls, with the soothing sound of waves in the background. The sea breeze refreshes as you amble along, taking in the scenic views. But it's not just about the beach; the nearby pier and promenade boast some of the best fish and chips around. After a relaxing walk, treat yourself to this classic seaside delight while enjoying the bustling atmosphere. Cleethorpes isn't just a destination; it's an experience a perfect blend of natural beauty and culinary delights that guarantees a memorable day out by the sea. Been there quite a few times, and I genuinely like this area. It's a wide sandy with good local amenities nearby. There's one spot with an old, monstrous metal structure that gives the a really eerie, menacing look. Generally, it's a very with plenty of parking spaces, plus there's a Papa's restaurant right there if you feel hungry or need a coffee. Time well spent, highly recommended! Great for a walk. Kids enjoy it too much and I'm tired 😂 Nice beach, great fish and chips shops. Not too many other things to do. My 1st experience of being here...I must say that there was plenty of mini shops, stalls and definitely arcades....plenty of food halls and with them mainly being on the sea front, you've got the best of the area including the views out into the sea. I would recommend going here and as for parking, I'm a disabled blue badge user and regarding payment for parking, it was pleasantly rewarding and truly appreciated.
